Cool Jams レビュー

The product was even better than I had expected.

I did not like not finding a way to return my purchase which was too large for me. Customer service is poor

When I placed my order, a representative got back to me right away to ask if I wanted to keep my order the same or change it since I couldn't get the colors and style in the cool basics. I was unaware that there had been a change. Since I wanted a certain color to match I left the order as is.

I love your products. I have a few pieces and wanted more. Website was easy to navigate. Pretty fast delivery.

The nightgown is soft, comfortable and cool.

Recent fracture of both shoulders. Comfortable fit. Easy to put on. Love the front snaps.

If it weren't for your terrific staff member, Mae, I would rate Cool-Jam service with one star.

I wanted to return items AND I wanted express service, your online interface system needs a significant overhaul. I'm accustomed to doing everything on line - quickly and efficiently. I ordered a nightgown and tee/pants set for travel to Europe, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It required numerous time-consuming interactions via email with Mae (who was lovely). I highly recommend you update your website OR sell your products on Amazon with the opportunity for express service.

I had trouble navigating the website to find the exact pj set that I wanted. I emailed customer support describing what I want and they were super helpful. They made sure to understand the correct order and sent me an order link that included a discount code. It made it very easy for me to order. They exceeded my expectations of excellent customer service.

The fabrication has been improved or back to the original. Not scratchy like recent orders...bravo...back on track. This is a premium product...someone was cutting corners.

I love the fabric and it truly does keep me cooler at nighttime.
Shipping was fast and easy.
Highly recommend this sleep wear.

I have been wearing cool jams now for several years. They are very comfortable. No more overheating during the night. I highly recommend them.

This company has great customer service. I love the night cool fabric and helps me sleep much better. One thing I would change is if you choose elastic waist on the shorts they do not have pockets. The drawstring option has pockets. That is important to me and the option for the elastic waist should state no pockets. Otherwise I love my new pj's.

Returning customer of 7 years.
I received my first disappointment. I contacted the company and within days my correct order was shipped.
Thanks!

Excellent customer service

I did not receive the items that you are asking me to review , I'm waiting still.

I found what I was looking for and these arrived in less than a week
