Having read the other reviews on here they're clearly a scam company. Pretended to send replacement plug for the incorrect one they sent originally but never did. Liars thieves and time wasters

Keep pushing back the delivery date, was supposed to arrive a month ago and then changed delivery date to today, received email this morning to say it wont be delivered until mid January 2026 even though it is saying delivered to my destination country! Dont buy from this site its a scam

Svårtydliga meddelanden och noll återkoppling. Mitt paket har anlänt men ingen info om var den finns och ingen svarar på mejl.

I have ordered dog bed (it says manufacturing in Latvia) but it never came-despite couple emails that it is on the way. VERY difficult to track the site if you have not memorized (buying from one site, deali g witj the other (Coolbe), and lying in every email about the posted item. In 2 months after discussion I might be lucky to get my money back, and it is not a 10 or 50 pounds.. Do not use nor Coolbe nor Azeez(something from these letters but longer name).

Ordered Pain relief medicine for my dog from Coolbe..paid and waited three weeks to be told I’m not getting it and will be refunded.. still waiting on refund.. will be reporting this company .. scammers.. need to be shut down

This is a complete fraudulent store. They order from China while pretending that they will deliver your item fast. Adding 85 days wait time for an order. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund!
Avoid this website at any cost.

Tops arrived after about 4 weeks. They are too small so I tired to login to my account but details are not recognised so and no other option to contact. DO NOT USE !!!!

Not Irish, looks like it might be in Latvia. Purchase was not what was advertised. But my big issue is, that the seller is not contactable. The site claims to have customer service, but there is no visible means of making contact with any service. Has all the signs of a scam seller, please do not buy from this site.

Long wait, items arrived broken in broken package, items are not as advertised.
There is a big circle to get to the support team , never mind the refund! Mission impossible! Avoid!!!!

I odered two rugs. They are both super thin more like a blanket and one has big red stain on it. I tried to get refund but customer care is misserable and offering 50% suggesting I might still use the rugs???? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!
