CoolCabanas customer service is phenomenal! I reached out about a bent spike, and they immediately told me to order a replacement—then refunded me within a day. Hands down the best beach tent out there!

As a mom of two littles, going to the beach can be challenging. I have been to the beach many times with my cool cabana tent, and it has made my trips so much easier and pleasant. The tent is easy to transport and put up! Just enough shade for my family and I to enjoy a day in the sun!

I received a large Cool Cabana as a gift from my daughters who know I love the beach. It is fantastic! Super high quality and so very easy to use. These are worth the price - so don’t skimp on a cheap knock-off. Additionally , the customer service is outstanding. My cabana bag had some stitching issues and was unraveling- they immediately sent me a replacement. Shipping was super fast. This is a great product and a great company with super nice and helpful staff. Get one or two today !! I am sure you will love it !! I love a company that stands behinds it product !

We purchased 2 Coolcabana 5 during the Memorial Day sale and after only about using it 3x, the spike/pole bent. I immediately emailed customer service and they asked me to send pics. After review, they replaced the spike and pole and refunded us. Excellent customer service and very happy with our Coolcabana. Many thanks!

My family and I love these cabanas. We have 5 between us all. Easy setup, great sun protection— we love them. Recently, I bought a new one and the stake bent upon first use due to wind. The company was kind and prompt to help me with a free replacement. Highly recommend!

After several summers of allot of use, the Red carry straps on our bag broke. I sent an email inquiring about purchasing a new bag. I was provided information that a replacement bag was a warranty covered item. I paid upfront and withing two business days, my replacement bag was shipped and a refund email provided. Outstanding response time and customer service. LOVE your Coolcabana!

I won’t another beach day without my CoolCabana- it is a game changer! So easy to put up- by myself which is huge when I take my children without another adult. It’s sturdy, stylish, comfortable. As easy as it is to put up, it it to take down. I highly recommend this item!

We had bought our first coolcabana a couple of years ago and always raved about it to our friends and family. Last week both straps had broken on the bag to carry it. I had reached out asking if they sold it separately or would they consider selling me a new bag and I was so happy to hear back immediately. . The quality of the cabana is fantastic and it is soooo easy to set up and take down! The customer service has been excellent as well. I placed my order at Christmas but we didn't use it for 6 months. When we opened it, the mat was the wrong color. They replaced it right away and sent me a label to return the wrong one.

After a guest bent the center pole of our cabana (on the first day of use) due to high winds, Will responded immediately with a credit for a replacement pole. Great service. Highly recommend!

What a great company, there was a break in one of the poles after using and perhaps user (husband) error, they directed me to the correct piece to order and credited back to my account too! I will be back for more products in the future!
