Used Cool Destinations to purchase our tickets for the afternoon Schooner. So easy!

The drivers are so knowledgeable and super NICE!!! It's so convenient that you can start the trip at any of the stops! Drivers take care of everything for you, even loud people!!!! lol

Grant was a great guide. We enjoyed his historical stories about Half Moon Bay nearly as much as the beautiful ride along the coastal trail! I admire his ability to quicky determine the riders ability and customize and personalize the experience. This is a must do activity!

Such a great experience! Calm waters, beautiful scenery, catching glimpses of sea life! Knowledge guide(Nolan). A very relaxing night I would recommend this to anyone!

Booking was easy. Got confirmation right away. If I were not to book with you again it would be that prices are high. I realize that it is competitive but I almost always end up booking based on price.
This tour did not give access exclusively to anything that I couldn’t access myself. Only exteriors of buildings and their history. While it is very informative I wouldn’t pay $50 all told.
My friends who were to join me backed out because the price was too-high. No value for money.

Greeting in office, she was very polite and informative. Tour guide (forgot her name) she was very nice and knowledgable. Captain if boat was safe and funny.

The guide was excellent and very informative. The only problem was finding the statue because there are three statues in Honolulu of the same king.

Tennille was a great leader and a lot of fun and very friendly. She helped us get some great pictures and great memories.

The music and information she provided was great information to have. And of course the natural scenery and air were breathtaking. Thanks for a great experience 🦕🦖🦕

When we received the confirmation for our Salt Tour on Kona, it had the wrong time on Feb. 24. When we finally found that we needed to call Cool Destinations Chat Line,(after a lot of stress and agitation because the email wasn't specific and we tried several things), Joy was very friendly and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes getting us on the tour we had requested. Thank you Joy, and it would be helpful in the future if your chat line was more clearly written on the confirmation.

This was one of the best tours in Hawaii. The tour operator was awesome, funny and extremely accommodating. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and it was amazing. We all enjoyed the experience. The luau was so amazing that we all wanted more. The narration by the tour operator on the trip to the center was informative and educational. I would recommend this tour to everyone. The only thing that I would say was a negative was that we were told that the bathroom on the buses would not be functional on the trip back. That was not acceptable considering we had been out all day, drinking lots of water due to the heat, there were kids on the bus, and the trip back to the hotels was not a short one. Please consider this in the future. Otherwise, this was a fantastic tour.

Saw so many species of wildlife and fauna. Our captain was very knowledgeable. Great time with friends.

The tour guide lady was kind and friendly, the only complaint was the transportation make a mistake they want me to go Twin Finn hotel and I told them agreed to pickup at Hyatt regency thru I’m a visitor and not familiar with other hotel then they pickup after a couple of minutes.
