Recently purchased and had to return the barrel for some maintenance about a week or two after purchasing.

The team quickly responded to my inquiry, sent me a shipping label that day, and promptly returned to me a couple of days after they received back to their shop for repairs. Part was still under warranty so that was a bonus ☺️

I had some questions about the compatibility of my Coolfire with other length slides/calibers and Sandy was quick to reply and a huge help! I'm having fun shooting/training with my pistols without the need to go to the range. Awesome contraption. If only it had an 80 cubic foot tank so I can load once and shoot all day! Hahaha

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. Great training tool.

I love the product, working in 80-90% of the shots, one part broke and they shipped out new part to replace, they offered either ship it back to them to fix it or send the broken board replacement and they provide a video how to replace it.

Works great…..but (Glock 43x)

Customer service:
- My recoil spring wouldn’t fit stay in.
They sent me a new one for free. But that one didn’t allow the slide to go the way back. I ended up using the OEM spring. Works better cuz their weaker spring doesn’t fully push the slide forward far enough.

- Called customer service 10 times. spoke to someone once. I got a call back only when I emailed them. They should just do email only and request customer calls on a case basis cuz they rarely pick up anyway.

Performance:
Laser adapter is a must. U get 8 shots max without it. With it 30 shots minimum and up to 50 shots.

Product works without heating the co2 gas….. but the number of shot per fill decreases quicker cuz the barrel gets cold fast.
USE A SPACE HEATER WITH TEMP CONTROLLER to heat the gas and barrel works great.

Price:
Last thing price is too high.
If the recoil were 100% accurate than it price would be justified….. but it’s about 80% recoil of 9mm for the first 20 -30 shots.

Guess can’t talk to loud cuz I did buy it. But still….

I pulled the trigger on this after much research into all currently available dryfire systems as of Dec 2024. I have the Rapid Fill Adapter with Sig P226 barrel and visible red laser. I get about 17 good rounds before needing to charge the system for full power recoil action.. and the slide still resets for another four or five shots after that. I am using the "interactive Multi-Target Training System" and am having an absolute blast. It is turning out to be a simple, fun and effective training tool which will no doubt translate to more efficient live-fire training when I have the time (and money). I also have confidence that by starting out with this system for my three girls - they won't develop the same training scars I had when starting out. I have ripped through about 1000 rounds so far in only three weeks and still have plenty of gas in the tank (60L Drinkmate). I have had ZERO issues with the system.. and break down / clean/ lube/ inspect the system every 300 rounds or so. I have replaced one strike nipple so far (cracked at about 500 rounds). I'd definitely recommend and I would purchase again.. today. I'm looking forward to the release of their AR15 system and will purchase another set of five interactive targets for that purpose. Docked one star because the multi-target system does not recognize the Mantis BlackbeardX laser . *Correction* - 2/4/25 - warmed a brand new 60L drinkmate bottle and for the last 12 'recharges' I am getting 30 GOOD discharges with an additional 5-8 resets. Bumping review up to 5.

Fast shipping An excellent training product.

I have G43X. The washers that go between their barrel and rapid fill adapter do not work. The washers go over the barrel, it’s useless. It’s to big and not sized properly. I emailed customer service and never got a response, it was on the same email thread on which they reasoned few times before. I had to make several visits to Home Depot and find a washer that worked for me. Product works okay. Very unhappy with customer service.

Besides being an excellent trainer that's lots of fun, they have great customer service if you need it.

The laser accompanied by the recoil is very useful in evaluating the students grip seeing the direction of the recoil. Helps to identify grip issues.

I had issues with my spring not being strong enough to cycle slide. Sent back and just received and everything works great. I've had other minor issues and they have taken care of everything. Would definitely buy from them again. The recoil is awesome and definitely helps with training.
