Saddle to big, nothing in stock to exchange sadly. $ 50 bucks (my cost) to return, for a $250 dollar saddle. They r outta stock, to replace for correct size. Customer service not the greateat, as Umm IDK how that wotks i have to check. Mine is a synthtic, so watch out, if u purchase a heavy one, who knows what it'll cost ya. Wish I could leave zero stars. Size of box and weight will get ya folks, also UPS is way cheaper than fed ex FYI. Should be posted at buyers expense the cost of each return if its needed. Just my humble opinion, plus they may charge for a restocking fee on top.

My order was shipped out immediately and delivered before the estimated delivery date. My purchase was packaged very well with a nice treat inside and everything I might need for a return. The order was just as described and they beat the cost of all the other websites.

I love the the product. Only thing I had problem with was the handle. It broke within a few minutes after getting it out of the box. Had to repair it myself.

The GE EZ nippers are absolutely awesome! I’m mad at myself for being cheap and holding out from buying them for so long as they made my trims so much easier and considerably faster. Cool horse had the best price, had an easy buying process and shipped me my nippers in just a few short days. Very satisfied

It was great they let me know everything about my order and when it was going to be here and they answered all my questions right when I asked it just about it’s a great store they have a lot of cool things and they all are great.

Though good effort was made to fill my order, the product I ordered was not shipped to me. It was returned to Coolhorse by Fedex . This is not the fault of Coolhorse due to terrible weather conditions in the area that impacted power, shipping, etc. I am advised that my order will be reshipped as soon as possible so I will have to wait and see how things progress to fully comment on my experience.

Very helpful with my questions about two saddles I was interested in. I did pick just one😊 Not familiar with the brand, but the pics looked very nice. As promised from cool horse the saddle is well made with very good quality leather. I like the way I fit in it, but weather in California has made it difficult to ride more so I have one more week to to make sure it fits my horse well. That was also a huge selling point for me, 2 weeks trial, return for full refund if it doesn't work🐴. The saddle also came quickly.

I have yet to receive my order!! If it was out of stock it should have said!! Not happy that I have been waiting on a product I ordered that was not described as being out of stock!

So I ordered some Best Ever splint and bell boots, and of course the product quality is amazing, but what blew my mind was how fast it came!! Seems like it was the very next day. Very nice! Thank you!

I never received the scale I ordered. I called customer support, they told me ask my neighbor first because US postal service had delivered and they wanted to make sure that I did not falsely claimed.

When they shipped the scale I ordered, they did not provide me the tracking number like other company do. Now, the product lost, they wanted to put the blame on me by not resending the scale I ordered.

Aluminum bridle hooks for trailer. Very nice and really fast shipping. Would purchase from again.

Overall great experience even though it arrived after Christmas and it was a Christmas gift. The necklace was perfect. The stir up keychain was smaller than expected but my daughter loved both!
