Great freezer, very good at communication delivery times

Really impressed with the whole ordering process. Ordered at 11am, was notified by text that my delivery had been booked in for next day delivery. Got a text same day with my delivery slot. Product turned up with a 2 man team, put into room of choice and packaging taken away. Quality service.

The company delivered quickly and gave us regular updates on the dates and time of delivery.

The fridge was delivered with care. Thank you

Excellent needed a new door seal arrived in 24 hours

For several months now, we've had issues with our fridge. Repairs have been organised via a third party (clinical engineering company that maintain our equipment) and they've said that Coolmed have been a huge pain to work with.
Finally managed to get a service and calibration booked in (which was to involve assessing for other faults) and they were supposed to be here on 21/11/25. I've come in this morning to find no one turned up.
Very disappointed with this poor service.
When working, the fridge was fine but when it comes to customer service, Coolmed have been very poor.

They still havent attended to do the fridge calibration and had no communication at all

Quick delivery, well packed.

Bought quite a few units of pharmacy fridges over a short space of time. In the past this has been quite a painful process sourcing these for next day delivery. The team were really helpful and arranged this all really quickly, even pointing out suitable alternatives when what we wanted was out of stock. Quick responses via email and no need for calls back and forth with various people. So far the fridges have worked well and appear to be good quality.

I wanted a set of keys for your medical fridge. I could not order them over the phone. You charge £10 to post them to me. You sent them in a A4 sized bag. No receipt or proof of purchase inside. Really awful transaction.

Shocking company. Selling science fridges that are completely incapable of doing as they state. We asked all the right questions before purchasing and told us what we needed. After buying it, when it didn't do what required. They have completely changed the specifications that they are quoting.

The product seems to be fine and the order was dispatched in good time, however the collection and disposal service is not great, apparently this is only a "like for like" service this is not something clearly stated on either website or once the order is placed shame they do not make it clear beforehand.

I have paid for a service and calibration and still several weeks later and after me ringing 2 or 3 times a week it still hadn’t been arranged. Very disappointed
