If you've ever been on the line about which sim racing company to choose, definitely pick these guys.

When we were first looking for a racing simulator, I reached out to a ton of companies at once, and the guys at Cool Performance reached out immediately. From the very start, they were super attentive, very knowledgeable and above all, honest.

In our case, we were looking for a turn-key solution, which means that when it arrives to you, it's ready to go. Beyond anything, the chassis is the most rigid I've ever seen. No flex whatsoever, it's extremely easy to get in, comfortable, and the pedals are unreal. During initial contact, you're able to choose all the options for the rig, and the staff will tailor it to your specific needs, most importantly they will not try to upsell you (Trust me, we insisted on spending more), so you're in great hands.

We've had the rig for about a year and a half now, and it still holds up perfectly with zero issues. More importantly, the team is still there to help, and they always get back to you as soon as possible.

There is no question that they are the best, not only in quality, but also in customer support. If none of that was able to convince you, just look at the amount of professional drivers they have, even at the top in Formula 1. If they trust them, you should to.

When researching high-performance driving simulators, I chose to buy a simulator from Cool Performance after I learned that 5 of the current F1 drivers and multiple F2/F3/GT3/NASCAR drivers choose Cool Performance for their at-home simulators. Also, I did not have the time or experience to buy multiple, individual simulator parts and build a custom gaming PC on my own, I loved the fact that Cool Performance built the entire simulator along with a high,end gaming PC, configured everything for my specific sim-driving specifications, and shipped me the completed built unit from the UK to the US. They built the simulator to my exact specifications in a few weeks and when it arrived to my house, all I had to do was remove the shipping crates, plug in the simulator and PC and start it up, everything including the PC was already assembled and configured. When I had questions about setting up the force feedback and brake pedal pressure, Cool Performance always responded to my calls and emails right away. In addition, Cool Performance provided me with custom car setups and specific brake pressure settings and custom configurations from their professional world level drivers for the iRacing series I was participating in.

I have had my Cool Performance simulator for over 2 years with very heavy use across multiple driving sim titles, and I have had zero issues with my simulator. And anytime I had questions, even 2+ years post-purchase, the team at Cool Performance responds back to me very quickly.

The best way to sum up my experience with my Cool Performance simulator is that I feel like when you purchase a simulator from them, you feel like you just joined a world-level F3/F2/F1 racing team and you have access to the top experts in the world in sim-driving hardware and configuration who work with the best drivers in the world, and the Cool Peformance team shares with me how the best F1 drivers in the world use their Cool Performance simulators at their own homes so I can benefit and apply this knowledge and experience to my own sim-driving level and experience.
