Used the cool tracker link to find my friends phone, firstly the services did not work as it was mentioned, took sign up money, and the very next day, £40 were deducted from my account, saying that I have subscribed, I did not clearly, and when I tried contacting them for a full refund I got a email saying they have cancelled and unsubscribed me, and won’t charge in the future, and will work on refund for 30 days, but I’m still trying to contact them, and I have no positive outcome. Very bad experience, and bad customer service. I hope it’s not a scam.

Like previous comment; total scam. Didn't provide info and didn't advise it was a trial 24-hr subscription I would need to cancel. 89 cents turned into $50 and I never rec'd promised information.
