Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale レビュー

Coppenwall was great to use for this property as it was very fairly priced & with the limited time scale we was on, we managed to get it over the line with great communication with Mia.
Thank you again for the good experience.

Coppenwall have been brilliant from start to finish. They provide excellent experienced advice, fantastic photos and descriptions. Viewings of your property are set up easily and information is passed straight away. They have been brilliant with the process of the sale and helpful in completion. I can’t recommend them enough.

I can't recommend Coppenwall highly enough. Priced fairly and the service from all the team is 5 star. Finally completed on what has been a marathon to achieve a sale of my property. Its been frustrating and stressful. Coppenwall have worked hard to get the sale through to completion managing the whole experience professionally, calmly and with sensible advice from start to finish. Mia, Olly and Emma were my main contacts on the team and all were fantastic throughout. Thank you.

I can not recommend Coppenwall enough, the team is fantastic, professional, efficient and made everything so easy.

Thank you Team Coppenwall

Renting out my property through Coppenwall & I am full of praise - dealt with Ollie & there has been great communication throughout the process, very professional & efficient with all aspects of the rental market fully explained. Would recommend without hesitation.

Emma, Duane and the whole team at Coppenwall have been fantastic! Their communication, information and updates are excellent. They made the whole process so easy for me.
It’s the second time I’ve used Coppenwall and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were always friendly and happy to answer any questions I had as I prepared my house for letting, particularly as its my first time as a landlord, and I am now very happy to leave the management to them.

From viewing to moving in.
I met with a lovely lady who showed me around the property, (for the life of me I can't remember her name) but she was amazing and made me feel at ease. She explained the process fully.
I received the documents to apply straight away.
I know from other experiences with estate agents, getting information or a progress update is usually like pulling teeth, but Olly and the team kept me up to date the whole way through. Even over the Christmas period. I wasn't left guessing.
I can't recommend them enough. They really have made a usually stressful situation so much easier. I am so grateful to the lovely lady who showed me around and to Olly who kept me fully updated during the application process straight through to getting the keys. Such a lovely team. Very grateful

Sold our house for asking price, low commission, Olly and the company are professional and a delight to do business with.

Coppenwall sold our house for us. The whole process was easy and they kept us informed throughout. They came and took pictures at a suitable time, took the time to arrange viewings around us working from home. We received a weekly update letting us know what stage the sale was at, which was really useful. Excellent service from all the team :) We highly recommend Coppenwall and would 100% use them again!
