Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale レビュー

Coppenwall have been great to work with. I’ve dealt with Mia and Millie and both of them have been really professional and supportive. The communication is excellent and thorough. They always endeavour to keep us updated throughout the viewing and buying process.

Millie has been incredibly helpful and taken initiative to answer my question marks around the area, things to do nearby and transport links without being asked. I think this a really great skill and I wish more estate agents could be as forthcoming as this! You help take the difficulty out of researching the surrounding area - buying a house is a lot of work as it is so this support is massively appreciated! I’m sure you’ll go very far in your career.

In a difficult market they never stop trying to achieve a sale for us. Constantly trying new approaches and marketing initiatives
Very helpful and open staff, you can leave them to get on with things knowing they are doing their best.
Head and shoulders above other agencies in the valley
Highly recommended

Amazing from start to finish, highly recommended!! Always there when needed
Keep up the great work team Coppenwall!

Everyone in the team has been helpful from viewings to completion.

First time selling a house , thought it was going to be a nightmare , but was surprised . Communication is good , and respond quite quickly . Definitely recommend Coppenwall .

Punctual and clear communication from the team. Happy with the service provided.

I've had such a great experience with the team. Millie in the office has been incredibly helpful throughout - from finding and arranging viewings to booking and following up, she's been on top of everything and really helped move things along quickly once my offer was accepted.

Anne, who's shown me around 2 properties but 3 visits overall, is an absolute delight. She brings such great energy and made the whole process genuinely fun - no pressure, just good vibes and helpful insights. It's been a refreshing change from other agents I've dealt with and it's made a real difference.

Highly recommend - professional, friendly and genuinely supportive throughout.

Leon was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was friendly, honest and efficient with the sale of the property. I would highly recommend coppenwall to all of my friends and family

Team Coppenwall sold my house for in a shirt amount of time. They gave me good advice on my sale to enable it to sell quickly.

Always really helpful on the phone, through email or by text. Really helped move the process along and really grateful for all of their help!

I’ve received nothing but great service from the Coppenwall team, from the moment I viewed my first property with them, to putting my house on the market a couple of days later. Within a day, I’d received multiple viewings and sold my property. The Coppenwall team have kept me updated every step of the way and go above and beyond to help you with your house move/purchase journey. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish the staff kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, all messages were dealt with promptly, every query was answered in a professional, but also friendly manner and I highly recommend them.

It’s my second time using Coppenwall to sell my home and i definitely wouldn’t use anyone else!! The communication is fantastic, the new portal was amazing to be able to see viewing appointments and feedback and all other relevant parts of the process in one place. They were always on hand to answer any queries and they did viewings very quickly and were super flexible with that for the buyers (trust me not all work this way I can confirm that when trying to arrange viewings to buy property there is such a difference in processes and flexibility)
Cannot recommend enough! Xxxx

Viewing experience was lovely and helpful, especially due to Leon the estate agent who kindly showed us round the property.

Really good service by the coppenwall team especially with Mia she was a delight.

Seb was fantastic, no issue was too big for him to sort out for me. He is a professional individual whom I believe cares about his clients and the offering he provides. I would definitely recommend Seb to anyone looking for a new property in the area.
