Took miles too long to receive my copper bar, I ordered it on the 10th May 2026 and still havent got it as of June 18th 2026.
I wont be ordering anymore.

Weeks after placing an order, only a couple of emails, one promising some coins at no charge because of the delay. Still have not received anything. Starting to feel like I've been scammed😡

Orders take way too long to process. Still not received my order after 4 weeks from date of payment

I came across CopperVault as I purchase precious metals every month and thought I’d add copper to the list.

After my purchase, I was told there would be a 4-5 week wait before dispatch. Annoying but ok. I then receive an email saying that due to the delay, they would send me a free gift of 10 extra coins with my order.

They then reneg on this and ask you to submit an extra order for the coins. They give you a discount but then charge you a full standard freight charge even though it’s being sent with your original order.

Exceptionally unprofessional and added unnecessary friction to an already delayed order and disgruntled customer.
