Your response is full of outright lies and misrepresentations, as was your previous review which is in the process of being removed.

"Mr Neil Hendry" simply traded poorly and lost his own money. He even stated when he started "I have no idea how trading works so please bare with me."

This client lost some of his money himself and started blaming myself and other community members instead of taking accountability. If he had stayed more than 2 weeks he would be over 105% in profit by now.

Some people just dont know how simple investing works.

Worse, we've received over 25 complaints from other group members about this individual privately messaging them one-on-one, aggressively pushing sign-ups to his paid service and pressuring people to join.

This kind of spamming and solicitation in our community is unacceptable, and we don't tolerate it so we removed him entirely to protect all our other active clients as they were feeling very uncomfortable.

We have thousands of active clients successfully making money with legitimate traders through proper copy trading.

We're now in the process of pursuing legal action against this person for defamation due to these false and public accusations.

After a full internal audit, we can confirm this individual has never been a client, has never connected an account, and has never used our service. We have no record of deposits, withdrawals, communication, or platform access associated with this reviewer.

We are currently working directly with Trustpilot to investigate and remove false reviews of this nature, which appear to be part of coordinated inauthentic activity affecting multiple firms in our industry.

We take misinformation seriously. If false statements continue, we reserve the right to pursue further action to protect our business, our reputation, and our clients.

For clarity:
• We do not control or hold client funds
• All withdrawals are processed directly through regulated brokers
• Payment requests are handled automatically by the broker, not by us

However, the statements shared here don’t reflect the actual experience of other clients, the documented results from the traders, or the transparent way Alex runs Copy Trade Proz.

For clarity and fairness to anyone reading, each point raised should be addressed with the factual context below.

“These traders went through my $2,000.”

Copy-trading results are determined by the client’s own settings — trader selection, multipliers, thresholds, recalibration after equity changes, and whether manual trades were placed.

Several clients who joined at the exact same time as this reviewer are currently in profit using the same approved traders. When one account performs differently from others who started at the same time, the cause is almost always:

incorrect multiplier
thresholds not updated
copying non-recommended traders
or taking manual trades

These deviations are normal when settings don’t match the model.

This client also never requested a settings check at any stage, which makes it impossible to confirm that the recommended configuration was ever followed.

Alex is happy to verify everything if multiplier logs, threshold updates, and trader history are provided.

“The reasons given were repetitive excuses.”

The guidance Alex gives is consistent because the system variables are consistent.
Thresholds, multipliers, trader selection, and balance recalibration mechanically determine drawdown. Clients who apply them correctly — including those who joined at the same time — are in profit today.

“There’s a whole group who were ripped off.”

Alex is one of the only operators who allows full client-to-client communication.
Clients openly compare results and speak freely in the community every day.

If multiple people shared this outcome publicly, it would already be visible.
No such group, complaint, or pattern exists.

Alex cannot withdraw, restrict, or access client money in any way.
Many clients withdraw weekly.

If there was ever an actual issue with withdrawals, a simple screenshot would confirm it — none has been provided.

Some further relevant context:

Before posting this review, this individual privately asked Alex to loan them money.
After Alex respectfully declined, they stated they would leave a negative review.
That message is documented.

Additionally, it appears this person has since tried to start their own copy-trading service, which makes it easy to understand why undermining another provider may serve them.

Both pieces of context are important when weighing the intent behind the review.

Alex stands firmly by:

transparent communication, open community discussion, regulated broker protection, real long-term results and the consistent profitability shown by clients who follow the approved traders and settings

Many clients from the same intake period are in profit — which clearly indicates the negative result here came from settings, manual interference, or non-recommended trader selection, not the traders or the system.
