Completely scam. I ordered A loungewear set. I got something completely random -a cheap pair of jeans which is not even my size. I ordered expedited shipping. It came much later. Don't order here.
And there is no customer service contact information.

Terrible customer service, absurd returns policy. I wrote into customer service in advance to ensure I understood the measurements, they lied to me about those measurements, and now I have two dresses that don't fit and no way to return them. Stay away!

International buyers, don’t fall victim to this company. First of all their returns and exchange policy is non-existent.

Your clothes are made to order, Not made to measure but they will refuse exchange and returns.

They use fedex that will slam you with hefty import and taxes and if you refuse to pay they will “destroy your parcel”. I was made to pay almost $300 in customs and duties.

They mark up their price very high for internal buyers. Same clothes for locals are significantly lower. I suggest go to their website with VPN to compare.

The customer service is horrible and delivery timeframe of their products are laughable.

Shopping with cord studios has left a very ugly experience of shopping from any Indian website in the future.

Save your money and buy something local. The product, poor customer service and horrible lack of transparency is not worth your time and effort.

Cheap fabric, extremely difficult return process, and slammed with import duties two weeks later.
After seeing ads for Cord Studio for months, I finally made the (very expensive) purchase for the ravine dress. It finally came and the fabric material was low, the fit was bad (which is hard to do with an extremely unfitted/loose design) and the dress construction itself was poor.
I reached out about returning the item and they have no formal return process: you must ship the item back out of pocket by coordinating your own shipping. Once they receive the item, they will process the return they say. I decided to not bother with the return.
Two weeks later, I just received an email from FedEx that I owe $40USD (the dress was $200USD itself!) in import duties since it was shipped from India to the USA. I reached out to their customer support again but I am not optimistic.
I am so utterly disappointed by this brand.

It appears to be a scam.

I ordered 3 pieces which came to $600 AUD. This is a significant amount of money.

Despite messaging their whatsapp and emailing they have not responded with even 1 email since RazorPay payment.

The company appears to operate under the husband wife duo, unsure if they are working under a corruption like model enslaving the local workers to produce their goods upon further research.

This is not a kind company nor is it sincere.

Do not buy.

I bought a jacket during a sale and paid extra for delivery, but received no updates on the parcel for weeks. I eventually reached out via WhatsApp, only to get a cold, generic reply from the company saying it was "on the way."

After waiting a month and a half, the jacket finally arrived, only to be followed by a customs letter a few days later. I had to pay a hefty amount in VAT and import duties to receive it in the UK. In total, I ended up paying nearly double the original jacket price when you include delivery and customs fees.

The jacket itself? It’s made from standard cotton fabric with some prints, definitely nowhere near worth what I paid in the end.

This brand clearly caters more to influencers or those who don’t mind spending extra for the name. If you're considering buying during an online sale, be sure to check the delivery charges and potential customs taxes first, especially if you're ordering internationally. The hidden costs just aren't worth it.

I read the reviews after I had already purchased the item and everyone saying the shipping took forever and communication terrible, well that was true I had to enquire after a month of not hearing anything except the initial text to say they’d received my order. They did end up replying after a week.
I really wanted to overlook this and hoping the dress would end up being worth the wait but I’m actually “super disappointed” in the quality. I hate to say this but for a dress made in India that cost almost $400 Australian it actually looks like a cheap dress I’d bought from China. The belt I think is fake leather. If it’s real then it’s terrible quality because it looks plastic. No care labels provided with any information.
Their marketing and imagery and socials are next level stunning, completely misleading for the actual product, it’s a complete let down in quality. Especially for the prices out of India. So sorry but I would not recommend buying anything from this brand after my experience.

I ordered a dress and a pair of pants from them, but the delivery times were not respected: ordered on 02/02/25, delivered on 05/03/25.

But most importantly, you should know that customs duties apply: for an order of €601 (including $31 shipping fees), I had to pay an additional €221 in customs fees!!

The items are already very expensive, but an unexpected 37% surcharge really hurts.

I read the terms and conditions, but nothing was mentioned… The customer service told me it was only stated in the FAQ.

Of course, customer service refuses to do anything about it… Luckily, the clothes fit me; otherwise, I can’t imagine the return process, especially since they don’t offer refunds—only exchanges.

I had saved my Christmas money to treat myself to these two pieces, and I’m so disappointed… The clothes are unique, but in my opinion, they are too expensive for the quality. I’ll have to see how they hold up after washing.

In short, I will never order from them again because their business practices are misleading. The lack of information about customs fees misleads buyers (Consumer Code, Article L. 121-2).

j’ai commandé chez eux une robe et un pantalon, délai non respectés : commandé le 02/02/25, livraison le 05/03/25.

Mais surtout ce qu’il faut savoir c’est que des droits de douane sont appliqués : pour une commande de 601€ incluant frais de port de 31$, j’ai eu 221€ de frais supplémentaires de douane !!

les articles sont déjà très chers mais pratiquement 37% de supplément quand on ne s’y attend pas, ça fait mal .

les vêtements sont originaux mais trop chers à mon avis pour la qualité… voir comment ils vont vieillir après lavage.

Bref je ne recommanderai plus jamais chez eux car ils ont une pratique commerciale trompeuse, l’absence de mention des frais de douane induit en erreur l’acheteur (Code de la consommation, article L. 121-2).

It's been a month since I placed an order for over 35k which is no small amount for me at least. Their customer service is pathetic given the amount of effort they put into their brand image and of course the exorbitant pricing. Surely the customer deserves to be spoken to. I received an automated message in response to my text and email, and later a text about facing challenge due to order overload. I have still not received any information about when they will dispatch the order. Their attitude makes me feel frustrated and I will never buy from them again. I suggest those reading this review to abstain from doing the same, at least online. I plan to visit their office if I dont get my order or at least a phone call with definite dates for delivery. I mean how long is tolerable to receive an order or a bloody phone call? I am utterly disappointed and feel cheated. Given that it is a sale they will refuse a refund that I've requested for as per their terms. I was not expecting this at all. Im really pissed off.

Horrible company to deal with, l ordered an XL dress they sent an XL-XXL they dress is huge on me, tryed to return the dress for the size l ordered they flatly refused to exchange the dress, due to the fact l purchased it when they had a 20 % off sale.
This company is rude the emails from Cord insinuated that the issue is with me, l have sent them countless emails showing the original order XL and the size they sent me XXL.
They still refused to send me the original size l ordered and stopped corresponding with me..

Customer service is absolutely terrible for the prices they charge. Clothing is beautiful but I just placed a third order and it has been 7 days and no reply but my card has been charged.
I finally made an inquiry and they asked me my name and said they will have to search. 36 hours later still nothing. A simple acknowledgment saying. We got your order. It will take a couple weeks to make but it’s coming. But nope. Nothing.
There is something very wrong with this company. They need more staff or something. Beautiful clothing. Many items I would love to have but the lack of communication just makes them a BAD BET for a company trying so hard to get international sales. So
Now I am just praying I will get my
Final order and don’t have to do a credit card dispute. I won’t ever order again. Too stressful worrying if I will get the goods.

Terrible quality in fabric, broke after one use. Colour not matching the pictures. Button of pants were in plastic. They don't do returns.

Ordered a product that was delivered late by 10-12 days (missed the occasion I had ordered it for) and found it defective (button broken). After this, the customer service was abysmal - they refused to initiate a refund and wanted me to forcefully take a credit note. Why should I shop again after this experience?

Terrible quality for the price, plus shipping charges in the EU means it costs an arm and a leg to import it from India. Was really looking forward to my garments arriving however, the quality for the price is shocking I do not understand how they have priced their garments logically. You can get much better quality inside the EU for a better price. Will not be ordering from them again

I ordered a top from them. The sizing chart said that the sleeve length is measured from the nape of the neck. That seemed odd to me, so I messaged their customer service just to double check that it wasn’t measured from the shoulder. The customer service rep said “it’s measured from the shoulder.” I responded “so the sizing chart is wrong? The sizing chart says nape of the neck.” The rep quickly changed her mind and said “it’s measured from the nape of the neck.” I asked if she could double check this because she seemed uncertain. A little while later I got a message that said “it is confirmed.” So I ordered the top. When it arrived, the sleeves were way too long. They were too long when measured from both the nape of the neck and the shoulder. Way longer than the website stated. I explained the situation and customer service said they don’t do refunds and they don’t pay for shipping costs for exchanges. I told them this was their sizing error. They asked me to email a photo of the clothing with a measuring tape to confirm the sizing was wrong. I did this, thinking they’d see their error and respond accordingly. Instead, they just messaged me doubling down that they wouldn’t pay. And then, the rep said, “We would like to tell you that the sleeve length is always measured from the shoulder. The top you have received from our end is the correct piece.”
Do NOT order from here. The clothing is beautiful, but it probably won’t fit and then you’re left with all the costs. I also just think as a matter of principle you should stay away from this company to not reward such dishonesty and immoral practices.

Cord Studio Sale is scam, as soon as they realise the traffic is increasing, they increase the MRP and falsely advertising 25% sale.Its sad how these brands have no ethics. their costumer care experience is also not very professional.

Absolutely love Cord Studio. My partner ordered a bunch of stuff for my birthday and wowee, the quality of the fabric is lovely, the designs, and the speed of delivery - everything arrived in about two weeks. Highly recommend the Co-ord Sets - very beautiful. We were apprehensive about ordering at first seeing the other reviews on here but glad we took a punt. Pretty sure we'll be ordering again. So happy with everything. Thank you!!

I recently bought a blouse from this company, I was very careful to follow their size chart and went ahead and ordered. Two days after the item was supposed to be delivered I had to chase them for a delivery day, two days later I was informed of the date.
The blouse arrived, massively too big! So obviously the sizing chart is not accurate. To send it back to them would cost me a fortune so I decided against it today I have my credit card statement and have been charged £79.11 for import charges on top of the blouse around £200 for something I will never be able to wear. Please be very careful buying from these people.

Bought stuff worth Rs 50,000 from India, as online in Canada it would have costed us more than double the amount.
Two shirts are small and they dont even exchange it for bigger size. I like their stuff but am never buying anything from this stupid company. Who know why they became famous outside of India as in India no one knows them
