RAGAZZI È UN SITO FRAUDOLENTO. Ho chiesto il rimborso di quasi 80€ per delle felpe che ho comprato mandando email su email, ma non mi hanno risposto, e nonostante ciò hanno ugualmente deciso di spedirmi il pacco (è in spedizione da poco più di un mese). NON COMPRATE DA QUESTO SITO !!!!!!

This is a scam company that sends cheap and false knock offs. I’m chasing a return request and they’re ignoring my emails. Do not buy!!!

This is an absolute joke! I wish i had checked reviews before ordering. The website clearly has false reviews about the clothing, since what i received was nothing like the pictures at all. It’s pure false advertisement. I have emailed them twice and yet no reply! its been weeks. Never ever order from here.

Item received is a poor quality fake. When trying to return it the company wants me to pay a significant return shipping cost

Scam shop selling cheap fake products while false advertising and ignoring customer contact;
- (all) reviews on their website are fake
- The hoodie of my order has an entirely different cut and is worn entirely different than what is shown on the website of said hoodie
- Website claims hoodie design is stitched on when in reality, it's printed. It may seem like a stitched on design, but with a closer look, you can tell it's printed (cheaply).
- quality of the fabric is cheap and basically shiny, instead of being 'stone washed' as advertised on the pictures on the website

The worst:
- No refund button anywhere on order of the website
- No possibility to contact the shop on the website. Only per email where they mostly seem to ignore customers. In my case it's been well over a week with no answer

It's definitely a scam site. I accidentally bought two hoodies when I only wanted one; they lie to you about the price of the product. And when I tried to get a refund for one of them, I could never figure out how to do it. Then, when the hoodies arrived, the quality turned out to be terrible—nothing like what was advertised. To return the product, you have to contact them via Gmail; there’s no automated option. And they don’t even respond to Gmail, so buying from Core District is like throwing your money down the drain.

I placed an order for three hoodies through the Core District website, but only a few minutes after placing the order, I changed my mind and contacted customer support to ask them to cancel the order and issue me a full refund.

I contacted them almost immediately, while the order had not been delivered and, as far as I know, had not even been shipped yet. I clearly explained the situation and asked them to cancel the order before it was processed.

I waited for a response, but I didn’t receive one. After waiting, I sent a follow-up email asking again for the cancellation and refund and explaining that, if I continued not to receive a response, I would have to consider taking further action to protect my rights as a consumer.

As of today, I still haven’t received a response from customer support or confirmation that my order has been cancelled or that my refund has been processed.

I am writing this review because I believe customers should know about my experience. I understand that customer service can take some time to respond, but I contacted them almost immediately after placing the order and have still received no communication. I hope Core District will respond to my emails, cancel the order and issue the full refund. If they do resolve the situation, I will update this review accordingly.

I’m utterly disappointed. The pictures were misleading, and so were the reviews on the official website. This honestly feels like a scam. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for the quality of the products.
I thought I was going to get a heavyweight hoodie, but what I received was made from super cheap material and just looked trashy. The quality is nowhere near what is advertised or what you would expect for this price.
DO NOT order from this website. As someone who ordered from abroad, I now also have to pay the return shipping costs myself, which makes the whole experience even worse.
AGAIN: DO NOT ORDERRRRR!!!
UPDATE: I wasn’t even able to return the item, brauche they are ignoring my emails . I’m now going to be starting a dispute on PayPal

Was a completely different material to what was on the photo, the website said it was stitched on when it clearly wasn’t

Bestilte en jakke fra de. brukte nesten en måned på å komme, når den først kom var det ikke samme jakke som ble vist på bildene. på bilde var det en dongeri lignende stoff og jakka var tjukk, nå jeg fikk den var det som en billig laget treningsjakke

Your reviews and picture are misleading. You have scammed people of their money and should be ashamed. The quality of the clothing is disgraceful. What you show on your website for the clothing is incorrect and your refunding system is unbelievably. You only offer a 20% discount and no refund. This is a scam website
