I ordered a 4m length of an interior stair rail from CoreMount. The ordering process was simple. I had a query about my order and CoreMount were exceptional wonderful at helping me out.
My parcel arrived well packaged and I am delighted with how my oak hand rails look. They haven’t been put up as yet as I am in the process of hiring a handyman to do the job.

I was looking to install handrails for my elderly mother and searched a lot of different options, but was always disappointed with the quality and finish.

I came across CoreMount and read the many positive reviews.
I contacted Rob to enquire and seek advice and guidance and found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
He guided me to order the correct size and he was able to adjust the finish of brackets to suit my requirement.
My handrails were delivered within 5 days as stated.
I was very happy with the quality and my installer who does a lot of handrail installation commented on the “super quality and ease of installation” of these particular handrails.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered the hand rail for the staircase. And I have to say the service was very good from start to finish.

Had to clarify a few things with regards to the measurements and the staff were very helpful. They helped me using whats app.

I was kept informed when the delivery will take place and it was such smooth process.

I would highly recommend the company. The product purchased is of high quality!

Rob at Core Mount could not have been more helpful. I was unsure of how to measure a new stair rail for a relatively narrow staircase. He guided me through what was needed and I am thrilled with the result.

Since having an accident my continued rehabilitation require my home to have an extra stairs handrail, to provide a rail on the opposite side to the original one .After investigating two firms ,neither of which were totally made to measure to suite my stairway which includes a half landing and fourteen stairs. Then I discovered Coremount,I thought their products were an excellent design and the materials used are of exceptional quality .Having made a telephone call and a conversation with their owner Rob I provided the dimensions and layout of the stairs and my oak requirements .He explained the need of one critical measurement ( between my half landing walls),The remaining are not too critical as the rail run finishes with an finished stainless steel bezzeled end .Following my order the kit was delivered in 6 days .
I new the stainless steel brackets were of good 361 stainless steel but the robustness and beautiful well engineered finish exceeded my expectations .
I was undecided on the choice of the three oak colours and speaking to Rob suggested matching my existing other banister which is mahogany ,Coremount matched the colour from my photographs .
It's all been fitted now and I able to put my whole weight supporting my body whilst I'm recovering with the use of one leg .
I can't praise Rob and his team enough for their help in my stair rail design and its excellent quality ,which only required 24 screws and their plugs to fully fit the kit of parts .All instructions ,with detailed photos of my design and materials are supplied together with numbered ends to all the oak rails and Allen keys to assemble each joint..i will certainly recommend this company
