Lovely property and very comfortable.
Convenient to walk into the town

We would 100% recommend. They were so helpful in every aspect. You could not get better customer service anywhere. They are ‘with you’ all the way from start finish.

Lovely cottage, great location but on first day we found the toilet was leaking waste water onto bathroom floor, rang agent straight away. They promised to get it repaired straight away and ring us back when done, repair never done and no ring back. We kept mopping the floor with disinfectant due to the strong urine smell. Complex with pool was very nice but toilet spoiled it all

Awful company do not return telephone calls or emails. Arrived late on 7th September 2022 at 8 Hares Hollow, Looe, Cornwall. The bungalow looked nice late at night was tired after long journey so went to bed. Unpacked the clothing out our cases and put in the wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms. Unfortunatly my mum was sleeping in the bedroom with 2 single beds but there was no nightlight at all, so we had to lend her a torch for going to the toilet in the early hours. There was not even a plug socket where we could put a nightlight which is not good at all and when the doors are shut you cannot see anyway. Returned back late Thursday night as it was my 50th so enjoyed the entire day and evening out. went through the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathroom with an awful smell of urine, went into the bathroom to find huge puddles of water in the floor of the bathroom which was from the toilet. We wiped it up 4 times that night and decided we needed to telephone Cornish Horizons early next morning before we went out. We went into the wardrobes where our clothes were and went to hang clothes up we had just taken off and the clothes we hung them upto felt damp.
i picked some of them off the hangers and they were damp and smelt awful. There was damp in both the wardrobes in double room and 2 single beds room .Spoke to a nice lady at Cornish Horizons about the toilet stench and all the water on the floor near the toilet and she said we had to leave the key in the key lock box outside the bungalow and she would telephone us about the repairs to the bungalow, no calls were received at all. When we arrived late at the bungalow we knew someone had been because the bathroom light was on. We went into the bungalow to find the smell was worse. no messages were left on the table or kitchen area at all. We went into the bathroom where it looked like it had just been mopped up. it was still wet so we endeavoured to clean it again with towels. We never heard anymore at all. No calls from them Saturday, we emailed Sunday hoping for a response nothing. The toilet smell was attrocious, no one should be made to stay at a place that smelt like that. The damp was bad enough. We even took photos of the bathroom Monday morning when we left to prove the water was still on the floor. Shame you could not record the smell as proof. We took photos of outside too where there was water running down on the floor and hitting the bungalow. there was no downpipe attached to where the pipe was leaking and you could see it hitting the bungalow. no wonder it was damp. Who knows we may get a response from Cornish Horizons be good if we did but we are not holding our breath. Wish we could add photos as proof on here too.

The upstairs has a very severe sloping roof which makes the bathroom & bedroom an issue.

The best holiday location for us and our dogs! Daisy’s Cottage was so pet friendly and Cornish Horizons was ideal to book via!
Loved Cornwall, our Cottage and our dogs loved it too!

My family spent a week at Sunspray through Cornwall Horizons.
Truly fantastic house overlooking the beach & a short walk from it.
The house was clean on arrival & really had everything we needed.
I thoroughly recommend this holiday home on every level.

Polsue Gardens is a very modern property. It has beautiful surrounding enclosed garden, safe to let your dog out.
It is very central to most locations.
Definitely would visit again.

The property that we stayed was very good and the communication received from Cornish Horizon was also excellent. Very satisfied with this company.

Pen Y Mor, Morgan Porth. we recently returned form Cornwall, we felt that the hose, although in a good position was not clean. When we arrived there were dead flies on the windowsills, dog hairs on the rug in the lounge and dirty trays in the oven. My son said that their quilt smelt of dog. There was very little cleaning equipment, a dirty dustpan and brush and a small vacuum cleaner. No way of mopping a floor if we has a spillage ( we didn't), no toilet brushes no sweeping brush for the hard floors. This is not what we expect from an expensive holiday let and we would not visit that house again

Excellent holiday booked in a traditional Cornish cottage near Penzance. Very well maintained cottage with very welcoming touches such as. Cream tea, milk and fresh flowers upon arrival.
Great Website and very informative. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in the old stores in marizion never again ! As a family who book 3 of these cottage holidays in Cornwall every year we have come to expect a certain standard ...at the very least it is clean we booked the cottage and we're fully aware that it was a pet friendly property but the floors and rug were covered in grey dog hairs the dustpan and brush in the kitchen were full so someone must of attempted to clean it up I suppose but surely that shouldn't be left when a deep clean between customers is supposed to take place ?
The sofa has seen better days not only is the pattern impossible to see because of ingrained dirt but the springs are all broken where did it come from I wouldn't expect to see that in a backpackers hostel let alone a cottage that costs the best part of 2k for a week and the armchair I have no words it smelt that bad none of us could sit in it it smells like a public toilet
It was great fun having my young children run into oncoming traffic as the very unfriendly neighbours complained loudly because we had stopped to unload for 5 minutes the car parking space is inaccessible and the space at the hotel a good walk away was covered by scaffolding and the vigilante neighbour brigade again were in attendance the beds were comfy though although not nice to find a stained mattress protector in one of the child beds when we stripped them as requested this morning
Owners take a good look at yourselves disgraceful that these issues aren't addressed in between counting your great piles of money you rinse off people

Easy to use website, straight forward booking, accommodation lived up to website photos and explanation, no disappointments at all.

Excellent location overlooking the coast with magnificent views. Spacious building, however with increased wear and tear and lower lever of cleanliness. No longer good value for money (price has almost doubled since we visited first a couple of years ago), also star rating deteriorated from 5 to 4 for good reasons.

Property ideal for families in a good location for local beaches and visiting places of interest. Property in a quiet location with on site facilities a short walk away.
