Great help; Andy was very quick to help me with my enquiries.

I’ve been with Cornish Hosting for several years now. It’s been the best move I ever made, after many years of disappointing hosting services from previous providers. Not only are the costs modest, the service levels are high (I’ve had no down time at all), and on those occasions when I’ve needed help and support, the response is always rapid, friendly and effective. I’ve not had to wait for issue resolutions. Consistently top class. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Been with Cornish Hosting for ten(?) years now, several reasons for staying with them:
* They speak ordinary English like wot I do, they don't try to baffle me with tech talk or treat me like I'm stupid because I don't understand it;
* Service is awesomely fast when I cock things up;
* Never have any problems with their end of the show.
I thoroughly recommend Andy and his team.

I've had websites for well over twenty years and with a number of different hosting companies. Cornish Hosting is simply the best. Their support is incredibly fast - Andy usually replies to a ticket in well under 5 minutes, usually with the solution to my problem and with some helpful advice thrown in. Highly recommended.

Provide good hosting support but let down by their billing dept. I accidentally paid twice when renewing my hosting package with them... they acknowledged the duplicate payment but refused to issue a refund, stating they have an admin fee of £50 to refund payments. They do not inform customers that a Paypal subscription is automatically set up if paying through Paypal, and they also took payment through bank transfer. They are now holding onto my money I guess to secure my business for another year.

The customer service dealing with this issue was unprofessional and frankly appalling.

They are very well priced and provide all the services you would expect and as I have previously said above, the staff are very helpful and on occasions will go above and beyond whats expected.

Excellent service from Andy and his team. Very quick response seven days a week. Andy is great at communicating and addressing issue. Brilliant.

I was getting a disheartened with my old web hosting provider taking ages to respond etc. And then when they did it was almost always a half-hearted attempt, so I looked for someone with great reviews who knew what they were doing. I made a few enquiries and found Cornish Web Hosting, I was a little apprehensive, as my business depends on my website having a dynamic presence, so people can book appointments on line etc. I was delighted when Andy said he'd take my website on, and he got to work immediately removing error messages that had been there for ages, removing defunct plug-ins which were slowing the site down, getting a RSS feed to work which had not worked in years and then also upgrading Bookly - something my previous providers had not managed to do successfully. Let me tell you it was no easy task, but having their own dedicated servers, with a highly skilled team made all the difference. If I had any concerns Andy answered very promptly, sometimes out of hours - going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that any concerns I had were quickly resolved. I am absolutely delighted with how much progress has been made in such a short space of time. I would whole heartily recommend any one contemplating a family run, highly efficient and quality web hosting service to talk to Cornish Hosting, as they do a very professional job for a fair price. With their slogan "You can depend on us to always be there for you" the results speak for themselves!

Excellent service as always. Having recently accidentally deleted some files from the web server, Cornish Hosting rapidly restored them from a backup. I would recommend everyone to add the daily backup option to their account. It's a cheap addition that may save the day at some point in the future.

After a lot of research I have just moved my domain names and web sites to Cornish Hosting. I felt it was important to support a UK company, and what a bonus to find this is a small family business with such a good reputation! Most of the companies out there are actually owned by one big American company, though you might never know.
If you are thinking of moving domains and web sites, avoid disasters, and contact Cornish Hosting. Someone will contact you very quickly, and they are happy to discuss your requirements.
My transfer was dealt with by Andy, he lives and breathes his work, and doesn't pass on to different departments, he will do your transfer himself from start to end with no excuses.
