Jessica was helpful.

They handled everything once they took over my account. I appreciate all of the hard work and thorough follow through.

Scammers, the phones are not responding, the email also do not deliver.

They are a joke, lost about 7k an have litigation pending due to their negligence. I should have went with my gut on this deal. Find another company

Jessica Wilson was amazing. She called me once a week for updates and everytime I needed to talk to her she answered the phone or got right back to me. She was always helpful, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions. I wish I had an employee like her.

I received a call from a Ben from CCS that immediately sounded like a solicitation call. He stated that he is currently "working with our current lender" and would like to offer a proposal to reduce our payment amount. The longer he spoke, the more obvious it became that it was a solicitor. I asked him not to call me anymore. Not only did he call me back, he called me from a different number that I wouldn't recognize. Super aggressive and annoying.

Never talk with this group - they simply use your information and take money "into an account for your benefit" with monthly fees, and once your account goes into a lawsuit and you threaten to cancel your existing work contract, they all of a sudden want to talk and will communicate but you're over a barrel and negotiations are crap compared to what they could have been...

Goes by many names - never touch anything you can find is connected to them!

This has been the worst experience ever . They make everything sound so good and all the things that could happen most usually don't happen, but it did and there was no urgency to resolve the matter. SO, I have since fired them and and hired someone else. Do not ever go with a company that wants you to put money into an escrow account. They only care about how long they can hold out to make better deals . But when My funds are being held until a settlement is in place there's no more time to see how much they can save . They got well over 10,000 and we saw nothing . They say they will give us a small refund . We will see if that actually happens .

Signed up with them December 2023 - I still have an account showing on my reports - they have taken almost $10k from me. Now I cannot get ahold of anyone. Customer service line keeps hanging up on me. The 3 reps I dealt with no longer have a phone number (they are disconnected)

They will work for you. Just be patient. Allow the process to take its course and provide them all info required. They surprise you by coming out of the shadows with results. Thank u again!

Kimberly v lied to me got my money and not answering my phone the ya re so ugly peopel thief

CCS promised to reduce my MCA loans. Took over $5k and never completed process. Liens put my business basically stopped any revenue coming in after CCS said to block all ACH payments. I cancelled their services months ago and now refund is still pending. Representatives do not respond to my emails and phone calls goes to general VM. This company is scamming business who need help, take money to start negotiating process. Promise to reduce payments but in the end taking money and doing nothing. The loan companies never had any communication with CCS.

I wish never involved with them they are taking more money than you owe creditors absolutely no recommend this company for any service

What impressed me most about them was their communication. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made the process stress-free.

They helped me secure funding to expand my operations and offered valuable advice along the way..
