I placed an order for a total of $345 2/5/26 and never received it. The Corset Story website has been closed & marked “opening soon” since sometime before I emailed customer service about my missing order on 3/10. It’s 4/17/26 & I have not had a reply, the website is still closed & Shopify still shows it was never shipped. I was charged in full at the time of purchase & have had to open a dispute to try get my $345 back

I love their corsets and their deals. But what happened to them? I can't get on the website and when I looked into it I found this note on, corset-story.co.uk, "Important Notice Corset Story is currently undertaking a review of the business. As part of this process, our website has been temporarily suspended and we are not accepting new orders at this time. We appreciate this may be disappointing and thank you for your patience. Further updates will be provided when available." I noticed it was not on, corset-story.com. It's requiring a password just to access the site. Can someone explain what this means?

At first the customer service was great but eventually nothing. I ordered a corset on January 29 2026 and as of March 23 I still have not received it. I even got an email on February 18 telling me my corset is on the. I've reached out and the last 2 emails have not received any reply.

Never received item

25 days after receiving notice that the item had shipped, UPS tracking number sent to me reports they are still waiting for the package.

Really impressed with the quality of the corsets and the great customer service. The corset-story team have been really great and made it simple and efficient to exchange for different sizes and styles when needed. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I have 2 dozen corsets from corset-story and I have never had one of diminished quality in technique or fabric. Never had any boning poke through fabric. Never had fraying or odd friction. This is the best product on the market before you get into the couture or bespoke category. My most recent purchase was Nov. 2025 and my earlier was sometime in 2018.

If you're like me you might be debating if you should order here or if it's a scam. I've read the horror stories on reddit and the bad reviews on trust pilot, but I did end up ordering (5-1 deal) and I couldn't be happier.
The corsets are made of 100% cotton, steel boning and are thick and good quality. The same goes for the corset dress I ordered. The colour was identical to that one the website and the skirt was full.
The sizing is a little difficult, but if you're doubting it's better to size one up.
I ordered on Sunday and received the package on Wednesday, I also got emails with every step of delivery.
I will add, if you're looking for historical accuracy, something for proper waist training or tight lacing, you shouldn't order from here.
If you're looking for something pretty for a night out, special events or cosplay, I highly recommend corsetstory.
The corsets are pricy, but I think they're worth it, especially if you get them on a special deal.

If I could give it less than one star I would. They sent me a holographic corset that had clearly been worn and it was cracked and split at the waist. I wrote to them asking to return my order with pics attached. I was ignored.

I lodged a PayPal dispute and Corsetstory offered me $100 refund. I spent $400. I refused this and escalated my claim. They then wanted me to return the corset and then I would get my refund. It was going to cost me nearly $70 to do this. I explained that under Australian laws if the product doesn't match the description, it is up to the seller to arrange for the return.

I have had to cancel my credit card as I don't trust these people one iota. I'm applying for a chargeback through my bank and will update as things progress. DON'T TOUCH CORSETSTORY!

I’m a returned buyer, and have been since 2018. Every corset I’ve bought in the past is very clearly well made, they fit well, and they hold up through years of rough-and-tumble festivals! I’m truly impressed by how many different styles I can choose from! It definitely makes it tricky to decide but always exciting to buy! And I’m never disappointed when they arrive! Both the items and the customer service are in great quality! I have needed to reach out to customer service in the regards to information on their shipment process and have been incredibly grateful by the swiftness in response as well as the excellent transparency in communication; very to the point and helpful! (Thanks, Chris, for all your help with my latest order! I am very excited to try out all my new styles!)

I placed an order for several corsets because I am directing a play and needed them for costuming. When I received them, two were the wrong sizes for my actors. I reached out and was told that I would have plenty of time to get replacement sizes, so I paid for the extra expedited shipping, sent the original items back as soon as I was sent a shipping label, and was told that I would be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours. At this point, it is almost a week later and I still do not have a tracking number. I have reached out to customer service and they keep pushing back my estimated arrival date but still don't have any shipping information for me. I have ordered from this company several times, but at this point I would never do so again. This experience has been terrible.

I cannot say how disappointed I was............ When I opened my long awaited box with the 'chic black layered skirt', 'green net overlay corset dress', 'Nappa leather corset' and 'ditsy black corset'. I was expecting much better as I have ordered corsets from here before. However, the black skirt is awful, cheap material, very very long and badly put together. The velour (not velvet) top is so thin it is see-through. The green dress is NOT GREEN but an ugly turquoise colour - not as described at all; and the ditsy corset is made of what looks like a thin, chip nylon. The only half-decent item is the leather corset - but even that is much thinner leather than I would expect and has no boning so it will collapse quickly. How Corset Story can justify those prices I don't know. Cheap and awful to look at and feel.

I made mistake when I ordered a corset in which I wasn’t supposed to be able to return it but they took care of it no problem!

I have been buying from corset story for years. I am super happy with the whole experience.
I have had an issue with one of the corsets and I had a new one sent out within days of my email.
Their Customer service is top notch!! Highly recommend to all.

While I love the many beautiful styles and designs of corsets available, and while I can honestly say I have purchased over two dozen corsets from Corset Story over the years, I end up reselling them or giving them away because none of these corsets actually fits me. I have tried to be diligent and careful when I order, making sure that the measurements are correct, but even the underbust corsets are too long in the torso. It would be amazing if you offered shorter torso length corsets in all of your styles and waist measurements. The torso length should be included as part of the size selection for all styles and waist sizes, even underbust, otherwise you are missing out on a large section of your potential customer base: short waisted people.

Good quality, good customer service, good selection, I've bought many corsets from corset story, and I love them all!

Really good quality. One corset didn't fit me well; which I expected a little beforehand. But 4 for the price of 1 still leaves me with 3 great corsets.
