SCAMMERS!! Do not buy from these people. Pay official prices for something I could've made better myself. Quality of clothing is absolutely shocking. I've contacted them via email and WhatsApp with one response in 2 weeks of messaging and just said "Please wait". I have disputed it with my bank but not very hopeful of a refund. I knew something was off straight away, no confirmation email the name on the account I was paying into. Do not buy off this website

Scam company
I ordered my son a tracksuit for £175. It was too small so I retuned it to the London address on their website. Prior to this I emailed and tried to What's app to clarify and I still have no response. I sent the clothes back on special delivery and Its just returned back to me from Royal mail saying they refused the item. They are a scam! I have no way of contacting them for my money back!

This is a scam company! They’ve taken my payment of £210. but haven’t provided an order number or goods. They’ve ignored my online message, emails and what’s app message. I’m now having to contact my bank for help!

Help! This is real poor service. Impossible to get a reply as I want to exchange.
I am actually very concerned to send back the wrong size hoddie as I may never receive the good one.
Very risky to deal with this company. Avoid absolutely given the price of the items!!!

Avoid as they supply poor quality fake goods
Note this review is for corteizclothing.fr (not to be confused with the authentic site crtz.rtw). Avoid as they supply fake goods and have a fake trading address (it's closed down). No response from telephone number. Clothing arrived, made in Vietnam faulty and very poor quality. No address to return and refund request ignored. Bought authentic from the real Corteiz website: crtz.rtw.

Zero customer service. Have emailed repeatedly to find out where my item is. Ordered well over ten days ago, no updates, inability to track delivery online. No telephone number to call. Do NOT buy online. Seriously wondering if I’ve been scammed out of £150.
