I have no idea how Corvette Mods has a 4+ rating. Possibly those giving this company a 5-star rating just got really really lucky or the numbers have been skewed or inflated. Regardless I have to share my experiences with shopping at Corvette Mods (CM) - and trust me; I will never shop or order from there again!

First, for my C7 Corvette, I ordered a Custom Painted License Plate Frame - Open End Blade Part Number: 10897. Just around 10 days later after the "order is processing" email notification I finally received the plate frame. It was white but too bright white. It came much brighter white than the OEM Artic White. It just looked really off because it didn't match the Artic White that my car came with. So instead of complaining to customer service (which their service sucks), I decided to spray paint the frame black myself.

Second, I then idiotically decided to order a set of custom-painted Rear Diffuser Fins Part Number: 19409. I knew that I was taking a chance by ordering these fins custom painted but when they arrived, a little over two weeks later, they weren't perfectly OEM color matched either. BUT the color was only a "little" off and not as bright white as the plate frame I mentioned above. The box included the fins and attachment screws but it DID NOT come with the TEMPLATES OR INSTRUCTIONS to install them? At that time I tried calling CM Customer Support I discovered several times that the phone number they have listed goes into an automated system that tells you that "the number is not in service at the time call back at a later time."

Frustrated, I decided to email CM support, but to date, all I received in return was an email stating "please allow 24-48 hours for our team to respond." After 4 days of no returned email response, I then decided to try calling them again when to my surprise, this time I was able to leave a voicemail but no human interaction. I left a voicemail but still - to no avail. At the time of this review, it's been 6 days with no returned response to my email or voicemail.

Clearly order at your OWN RISK but CM Customer Service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced! Thus, I'm forced to give a One-Star rating. I will also be contacting the BBB.

Customer Service is not in the game plan for Corvette Mods. Attempted to contact them in regard to incorrect parts. Crickets are the non reply. Suggest highly you shop elsewhere.

I ordered a part over the phone and clearly mentioned the year and model of my car, exhaust needed to be made and had to wait two months, which I didn't think it was an issue. Well, after two months, on September 1, 2022 I received the wrong exhaust, I called back and had sent so far six emails and am still waiting for a resolution. Paid about $2,000 for an exhaust that I cannot use and no one is answering my emails or calls, I guess they know my phone number. Do NOT buy from these clowns.

So first I ordered a rear decklid panel for my 1lt c8, but I when I realized that I ordered the wrong item,I emailed them and left a voice mail right away. They said it will cancel for me. They charged me 399$ and refunded me 379$ something they I canceled like 5 minutes after??? What kind of company does that??? And then before this happened, I orderer a front splitter for 350$ from them. It came defective and the material was so cheap that it feels like I bought it from the 99c store. I asked for a refund stating its defective and they gave me RMA to return it back. I understand I have to pay shipping back which it was over 80$. But now after they received my return, they charged me for restock and shipping fee??? WTH!!!! And I'm thinking to my self...how this company still alive with all these negatives reviews from yelp and bbb??? I guess they make more money if you cancel or return any item than selling...I learned my lesson here. Bought a nice a 23 c8 and I will not be cheap again. Bought 5vm splitter kit from ACS COMPOSITE...its a little pricier but my goodness!! Looks way better than oem and fits super perfect. Don't get raped like me...you will regret. I will guarantee. *** THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! ***

Complete scam business with 0 customer service. BUYER BEWARE!! I received a broken item from them, after paying for return shipping myself they only provided a partial refund, citing shipping charges and a re-stocking fee. They are complete crooks, stay away!

This is long, but worth the read. If I could have given less than one star I would have. Corvette Mods falsely advertised a Painless Performance wiring harness to fit a 1990 -1992 Corvette at a cost of $499.99. Upon receipt of the harness I noticed the ECU connections were not compatible with my car's ECU. Technical Support at Painless Performance informed me that the harness would not in fact work in my car and that it is designed for operating only the engine from my car in another entirely different car such as a street rod. I notified Corvette Mods Customer Service Department via email to request a return authorization for the harness. The email contained the transaction information they should have needed to process the return. Several days later they provided a response requesting I complete an RA form which provided them with ALL of the information I had previously provided. I completed the form only to be informed a week later that they required additional information related to the initial sale, which I then provided. After another week and a half I contacted Customer Service requesting the status of my request. I was informed that they were waiting on a response from Painless Performance as to the address the harness was to be shipped to. Even though I had contacted Corvette Mods a week after receiving the harness, the foot dragging on the part of Corvette Mods to process my return request effectively stretched out the return process beyond the 30 day period they allow for refunds. The harness was returned to Painless Performance and the tracking number was provided to Corvette Mods as directed, at which point Corvette Mods issued me a store credit claiming the return was completed beyond the allowed 30 days. After disputing the charge with my credit card company based on the false advertising of the part and the fact that it had been returned, Corvette Mods attempted to again charge my credit card claiming I was still in possession of the harness. Then they claimed I never returned the part and accused me of cyber-fraud even though I have email documentation of their acknowledgement of receipt of the part. They have now sent the matter to collections seeking to collect $251.11 for a harness that was returned last November. My mistake was not researching the company prior to placing an order with them and seeing the hundreds of horrendous reviews. Now I have to deal with the hassle of providing the transaction history to a third party collection agency.
Update: Collection agency ignored my documents proving return of the part and my credit file just took a 115 point "hit". I have already filed a complaint with the State of Texas Attorney Generals Office and WILL be securing the services of an attorney.

I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. Being that I do not know the carrier nor tracking number, I decided to call my back to get a refund. A few weeks later the owner emailed me cussing me out and went to google maps showing a picture of my house and told me I must pay in full, which seems like a threat to me. The owner know sent me to a collections agency to hurt my credit report even though I did not sign anything nor did I provide my SSN. All I wanted was a tracking number and if it was sent then I would have helped them file a claim with the carrier. In the eyes of Corvette Mods, the customer is always wrong and the customer is always a thief.

CorvetteMOds is selling trash parts made of extremely low quality at a high quality price. Carbon fiber wing pieces will not fit each other whatsoever. Zero customer support and will not make the situation right. Do Not buy from this group.

I ordered some accessories for my 20XX Stingray, what showed up was completely different... CHEAP CRAP!!! Their products are falsely advertised. Their solution was to send me some tape... hahahaha... really??? Tape things on my Corvette??? Their customer service is non-existent. They are dishonest, unprofessional, will not take care of you and their products are cheap crappy looking stuff unlike what they show in their pics. Don't waste your time on this website... total SCAMMERS!!!

WOW! I see numerous negative comments for Corvette Mods. I ordered wheel-well rock guards for my Corvette C7 Z51. The front guards were ordered in January 2022, arrived quickly, and were installed easily. I was so pleased that I ordered the rear guards in February 2022 with the same results. I am pleased with their products, shipping, and service. Their products are the same quality as ACS Composite. They are less expensive and easier to install than ACS. I will deal with them in future C7 product purchases.

My transaction with Corvette Mods was straight forward. Phone order placed with the sales person. Sales tax and shipping charge was agreed and I made the payment. A few days later, I received an email that the shipping charge will be a lot more. I responded not to proceed with the order and request for a refund. However Corvette Mods did not refund the full amount and now the customer service department is not taking my call and refused to refund the full amount. The salesperson also is refusing to assist. I would advise customers to stay clear of this company.

I wish I had found this website before my recent Corvette Mods purchase. This company is a disaster to work with. Note: get your credit card company involved if you have a return. I did, got my $1000 refund for parts they say was shipped. They did not ship the backorder at all.
Went three months with pay and false documentation for shipping specification. When new shipment becomes a new shipping number. It did not. Used the first shipping number, recived two parts of a total of 8 pcs. Took tree months to get my refund.
WARNING: STAY AWAY. Zero stars for them!

On 11/14/2021 I placed order# AB-421710 and ordered an engine oil pan part# 45015 for my 1975 Corvette with a factory 350CI motor. It arrived on 11/16/2021. I attempted to install the oil pan but it was hitting the factory oil pump and after looking at the oil pan noticed the pan was slightly different from the OEM. I went to the local parts store and purchased another pan which fits and is identical to the OEM one I removed. I just submitted a request to return the oil pan and they are only willing to give me store credit for a part that is not correct. This pan is over $300 so you can see why I wanted to get a refund. Buyer beware of Corvette Mods as they will take your money but not help you when they send you the wrong part. Note, i previously email them pictures of the old and new oil pan but I got what seemed like an automated response to return the item if the part is incorrect. They are not willing to give me a refund becuase its been more than 30 days since I placed the order.

A TOTAL SCAM! This is the worst site, and their customer service is even more awful. I found a Corvette riding shirt that was unique to other sites as a perfect gift for my father in law's 65th birthday. I ordered the size that I thought would work, and it was way too big, so I contacted them to exchange it for a smaller size. They gave me a return authorization, and when they processed my return, they emailed me a store credit for LESS than I paid for the shirt. When I reached out to get explanation (by both email and phone), they simply ignored my phone call and emailed me indicating I have a store credit with no explanation of the amount. They have a LIVE Sales Support that tells you to email them when you call. Now I'm trying to use my store credit (what little I have left of the original purchase), and, apparently, all colors and sizes are sold out or backordered or something (again, no explanation). Live Chat says "might be backordered, no ETA". Now I have this credit that I can't even use!

Because this company doesnt spell out coupe or convertible in the word’s entirety it is very confusing to order parts. And when you get a part that isnt correct and want to return it, Corvette Mods charges you a 35% restocking fee. I just spent over $4,000 with them in the past two months. I will not spend another dime at this site. Try Zip Corvette for better customer service and price.

Corvette Mods is a complete fraud. They shipped me the wrong part, (Supposed to be made in USA, but was made in China and didn't fit my car), charged me a whopping $44.98 in shipping, was rude during the return process, made me pay $34.95 for return shipping, and then they charged me a restocking fee! So it cost me $94.93 (shipping, return shipping and restocking fee) because Corvette Mods shipped the wrong item. Why is this my expense? I'm working with the credit card company now for dispute resolution based on Corvette Mods complete failure as a company.

I chatted a question about a part. Got "what you see is what you get". Called and got just as useless and answer. Emailed Mgmt and their response was "Sorry we were not the right fit, your questions where answered as they should have been.

Hire the handicapped!!

I bought a car cover from Corvette Mods. The description for the car cover said it would fit a 2019 C7 Grand Sport Coupe. I received the cover and it is too small.
After filling out the request refund form, I received approval for a refund and I was given an address to ship the cover back to. No paid return shipping? After about a week I received my refund. I spent $216.98 for the cover. My refund was for $142.46.
So lets break it down. I paid $40 for return shipping and restocking fee was $74.52.That's a total of $114.52 out of pocket. My refund was $142.46. I should have received a full refund of $216.98 plus the return shipping I paid. All due to FALSE description on Corvette Mods, LLC site.

Worst Corvette parts and accessories company out there. Ordered an part that said “available” 1 week later still no status on shipping. Called customer service as an email didn’t work. Spoke to someone from another country with a thick accent who read from a script that it would take another 15 business days. 3 weeks later still nothing. Meantime my card was charged the full amount over $300 (this is illegal and should be reported to the SEC). Called and emailed again. Spoke to another person from another country who read again a script to me that this time it would take another 6-8 weeks. Told them I wanted to cancel. They replied fine, but they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I asked for what? The item isn’t even in stock? They didn’t care. So I disputed with my credit card company and they sided with me that this was unscrupulous. 5 days later I get an email that my item was cancelled since I disputed the charge. This company should not be in business. Read the reviews before you order and you will see. It wasn’t just me. Zero stars for them!

Terrible customer service. Lost package and keep saying call USPS I bought from you not USPS .
