I have not received my order yet. How can it take sooooooo much. Never buying from you again. Never recommending you either

After ordering unfortunately there was no option to track my order but once I enquired, I have received a response right away. It took about 7 business days to get to Australia. Quality of the pproduct is to my expectation.

Not very fast. I expected more information about the delivery.

I was a bit disappointed that the mascara I got was already dried out and I spent over $80 to get a few free things but I only got the stuff I bought. I was actually looking forward to that free blush but anyways it was good overall, shipping was fast and packaged really nicely

I live australia and generally have issues finding a variety of products so i tend to purchase alot online . The great part about Cos paradise is the free shipping, alot of the time you are paying nearly the same price for shipping as the item . I took a gamble on the site and ordered some small items and they arrived within a week which was great .

The only negative aspect was waiting for a little more than one week.

Thank you very much for the friendly and efficient customer service. I received my order promptly within the promised time frame. I will order again for sure.

Keep your high standard up and maybe you should add more products for your customer

My only beef with this was it took 2 weeks from when I paid for the order to actually receive it but saying that the tracking information was accurate and so at least I knew I was going to get it sooner or later.

The reason i used this particular online store over the one i regularly use was they offered a couple of free gifts with the purchase. Even through gifts where not of great value it won me over to go with them. The free gifts were also listed on my shipping order. The package took 8 days to arrive from the day i placed the order and there were no free gifts included. Very disapointing.

Great product at a bargain price

I was informed that my order was shipped on the 8th October 2013, with the tracking number RC900575361HK. I placed my order on the 29th September, over a week prior to my order being shipped. I was overjoyed with the price, not being able to find a similar product for such a good price but the shipping is crazy. I have waited well over two weeks, which was the estimated time to deliver. I paid extra for faster delivery, including insurance and tracking. I am unable to track this item. Not happy, feels like cheaper shipping method was used.

My order arrived in 10 days. Great prices but I did not receive any of the 3 free gifts with purchase that were ordered. Other than that all was fine.

Cosme have an excellent range of men's goods that appeal to me. They have up to a 20% price advantage over their major competitors. (Strawberry Net, Cosmetics Now).
The product is genuine and in it's original packaging and is FRESH. My only critiscism of Cosme Paradise is the delay from order to deleivery. Not a major problem, bearing in mind I'm on the central coast of Australia. Cosme are a GENUINE company who will get your product to you, maybe after a short wait. Overall as a consumer I am happy with the service cosme paradise has provided.

I have now just received my product from Cosme Paradise, it's the Rose d'orient night balm and I'm so ecstatic with it. It happened to arrive at at terribly stressful time of my life, and my face was really showing anxiety and sleeplessness signs. But after just the first use overnight I noticed I felt more refreshed, by the second night I thought I my skin looked smoother and more relaxed. I normally have pigmentation in the mornings, like around the nose but this product erased it all. I am looking forward to more peaceful nights with this product's amazingly relaxing aroma. The delivery wait was relatively acceptable being an overseas one, and the packaging impeccable, exactly like buying it from a beauty salon. I recommend Cosme Paradise to anyone for its service, and I certainly will be a frequent customer myself.
