No problems whatsoever.

My order arrived promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. My only complaint was the free gift arrived later and it was something that I would never use. As they posted it separately to my order I feel they wasted their time and money on postage. I would certainly order from them again. I am very satisfied.

Happy with everything and in fact would have given you 5 STARS if all of the emails you've sent me since my stuff arrived didn't happen.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with my order: availability of product, processing the order and the postage. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

Very efficient, with bonus of good price. My makeup even came tied with ribbon instead of string....NICE.....

Found the fragrance that I wanted on Cosme Paradise at a much lower price than I paid at the shops. Delivery was within a week and very pleased with the service.

I pay by April 30, 2013. Today, September 22, 2013. I still have not received the order, it took 145 days for more than 4 months. Please return the payment for loss of order. Thank you. More than three months from the day you declare the parcel search. Please keep its promise and give me back my money. I'm tired of writing letters to you on that you do not answer.

Fast shipping, genuine and excellent product!

I have got my order. Everything came, Nothing was wrong. I am content with product quality and I will make more orders.

I did not receive the right products. Since the products i received were just another edition of the products I ordered, so I did not ask for an exchange or a refund. Anyway, fast delivery, good customer service, i would recommend this website to my friends.

I would totally recommend Cosme Paradise. They provided the best price when I was looking to purchase Kerastase products online. Other benefits were quick and easy ordering and order tracking. I even received two free gifts. The use of Paypal was also a plus.

My order of a Yardley spray perfume arrived on scedule, however it was nothing like the perfume i have been using for years! I will not use it, it smells like stagnant water. I wanted to return it and get a refund which was declined .I will never ever buy from this company again and shall broadcast it to all my friends! Cheap nasty imitations!

After ordering 5 products on this site (one of which was more expensive than other sites, but looking for convenience as well), I received an email to say that they were to refund me for one of the products as it was out of stock. I duly received the refund and thought that it was pretty good service, although I would have preferred to have been informed of this at the ordering stage rather than after payment.

When the package arrived, however, there was only 1 of the 5 (now expecting 4 in total) items in the box. The receipt in the box had simply had 3 items crossed off by hand and out of stock written next to them.

I sent an email requesting some information about what had happened and the reply simply stated that I would need to prove that I had only received one item whilst they checked with the warehouse.

I have since received a refund for the remainder of the products, but no communication in way of explanation or apology.

What was very good service went to terrible service in the blink of an eye.

I am still waiting to receive the goods ordered on my Order No 100004243 placed 30 August 2013 and supposedly shipped by registered airmail from Hong Kong on 7 September 2012 (Item RC900547799HK).

Please advise where my goods are and when I can expect delivery.

The product was as described. I like it came nicely wrapped for protection during shipping. I had no issues with the transaction and the price was reasonable compare to others.
I like the free products they sent with my purchase, this made the whole shopping experience very enjoyable. I will definitely shop again. Thank you!
