Booked a training course which got…
Booked a training course which got canceled then traveled from far away to eventually attend after months of rearranging. To be left waiting for hours and sent home after the product wasn't there after confirming with them that the course was going ahead before traveling. Paid for accommodation twice refused refund and no apology for the inconvenience of traveling and money lost, this is their responsibility to make sure the product is in stock complete lack of communication and clearly don't care about their students.

Booked a course in October cost £998 the course got cancelled 2 weeks later, I have called several times and still havn’t managed to receive my refund!! Now I’ve been told to call back in the new year as the management office is closed!! Disgraceful customer service!!

We are really sorry your course got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. You have signed your Term and Conditions and you will be offered new dates. As for management not being available it is due to it being the Christmas period and Cosmetic Couture is practically closed due to it being Christmas. In January we will be in touch to arrange your new dates for you to train with us. We do find your comment "Disgraceful customer service" unfair as we are also college and we closed on the 13th December and any enquiries or issues will be followed up in the New Year.
We hope you have a lovely Christmas and we wish you a Happy New Year, we will be in touch in January.
I have been going to cosmetic couture…
I have been going to cosmetic couture for a good few years now for different treatments. I have some acne scaring on my face, both practitioner's
( Jane & heather) was very honest with what results I would get from the treatment I am now receiving, which was the scaring would never fully go however could be softened. I would like to say a big thank you to both Jane & Heather for the great results so far ! I also like to say a huge thank you to the best receptionist in Manchester Katie!

Always feel welcome when I come here and all staff are amazing and lovely to chat to. The treatments I have received have all been amazing - I will continue to go to cosmetic couture.

Called for some advice
Called for some advice, having been trained by someone that was trained by them.
Met by a very angry, aggressive manager called cassie ?
Was not given the chance to finish my enquiry without her talking over me. Rude, clearly in the wrong job, needs retraining.
Was trying to enquire regarding future training but wouldn’t bother now or recommend if this is the attitude of the staff answering the phones.
Only gave 1* as had too. Definitely worth a ZERO.

Hi,
Lena Thompson contacted our company requesting information regarding one of students, who she has claimed has trained her. It is important that Lena has no history of training or engaging in services with us. She insisted on receiving information about this student, which is contrary to the Data Protection Act. initially , she declined to provide her name and subsequently refused to disclose the name of student who we allegedly trained. her demeanour was quite confrontational and aggressive, making the situation unreal. Following this interaction, you Marie Murphy, her colleague (whom we have never spoken to) has posted this 1 star review on our Trustpilot, due to our unwillingness to share confidential information, despite the inappropriate nature of your communication to our staff here at Cosmetic Couture.

I visited Cosmetic Couture yesterday for my botox, Heather was fantastic and really took the time to discuss what I wanted. I ended up having filler as well in my chin, which was carried out by Kyle in front of the students training there, I am so pleased with it, he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with, I have been going to CC for years, and cannot recommend enough

I had a very pleasant experience with Jane for my Rhinoplasty course, she was soo informative and went above and beyond to give me all the possible techniques to use for a successful filler rhinoplasty she also revisited complications with me and share invaluable information with me. Thank you ! Will be back soon for more course x
