I received exceptional medical care from Surgeon Mohsen El Gammal and his team. I am truly grateful for his expertise in correcting the results of a previous operation which had gone wrong. The surgery performed by Dr. El Gammal has significantly improved the quality of my life, both in terms of my appearance and overall well-being.

From the first consultation to the follow-up appointments, Dr. El Gammal took the time to explain all my options and the potential benefits and risks of each. From my initial consultation with Miles until my check up at 9 weeks post surgery, every step was professional. Miles was patient and in depth with his answers and very informative about details I hadn't even thought of. The overnight hospital stay was comfortable and I was well looked after. Julia and Miles checked on me the next morning before I was discharged to ensure I was okay and had no further questions. xx Lindsey kept in good contact with me re my recovery and I'm delighted with the final outcome. I am a trans woman, I had breast augmentation with Dr Miles Berry in July. In the consultations Miles was friendly, informative and thorough when discussing the implications. The process of agreeing on size was importantly a collaboration on deciding what I wanted and what suited my body.

The experience at the hospital was exceptional. A nice room, lovely staff and good food. I felt very cared for and looked after. I appreciated all the information given to me on the day and afterwards.

The results of the surgery are wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the shape, look and proportions.

I have very much appreciated the dedicated nursing team during the recovery period. Lindsey has been quick to respond to my questions and help me calm my nerves and anxiety.

I had top surgery with Dr Berry in March, now almost 5 months post-op I can say I am very happy with my results. Booking process was easy and with minimal bureaucracy, I was kept informed along the way too. Surgery itself went very well with no complications and the healing period was relatively peaceful too, no doubt due to Dr Berry's surgical skills :) Nurses were very helpful before + after surgery when I had any questions.

My top surgery in March went without a hitch - any worries were swiftly answered by the team, I was kept informed of exactly what I needed to do to make sure healing went smoothly, and had support every step of the way. 4 months on, and parts of the scars can hardly been seen. They listened when I expressed my fear around needles and blood and were extremely supportive. All the staff at the hospital were a pleasure to meet and I thank you for giving me such a positive first and second experience with receiving a major operation. I must add as well, I am extremely pleased with my results and the revision results and everything has healed well with no issues. Miles and his whole team were an absolute joy to interact with, right from their receptionist Julia to the nurses and staff that were there to support me right after my surgery.

As for Dr Miles Berry, I cannot thank him enough for his frank discussions with me and being realistic as to what I could expect. My results are much better than I could have ever imagined and it was amazing to see him just as happy with my results as I was. His reputation precedes him when it comes to the razor thin scar lines and it's amazing to see them on myself.
The nurses, Abena and Lindsey were also fantastic, they made feel at ease and were so accommodating of my needs. And on the day of the surgery the head nurse was lovely and definitely helped make me feel less nervous as did the anaesthesist Dr Jain.

I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, warm and exceeded my expectations and gave me an excellent start to the new year.

Throughout the process, everyone I met was wonderful and so incredibly supportive. Miles Berry was fantastic, not only in terms of the surgery itself and the results (which are better than I could have ever hoped for), but also in how he managed to put me completely at ease during something as private and uncomfortable as this, reassuring while being honest and direct throughout.

The nurses were kind and reassuring, particularly helpful with pre-op nerves, and did everything they could to help me feel as comfortable as possible.
