I would not recommend this bbq. I purchased it in summer 2025 due to the attractive price. However, let me tell you - you get what you pay for - it is cheap.

- The grill slates are too far apart, food falls through.
- It has a habit of grease catching fire flaring up.
- One of the burners no longer ignites.
- The cover is shocking, I uncovered for the first time today to discover that it’s covered in mould!

Honestly, save the hassle I’ve had and purchase elsewhere.

Total ease from ordering to cooking on. Easy to build. Very strong and sturdy. Love the grilling racks. So easy to take out grill and other parts to clean. My daughter has purchased 1 sinse joining us for a bbq. No faults . Perfect bbq food . Have been using most evenings when weather allows . Love love love this bbq. Thankyou sooo much an excellent and stylish bbq grill.waiting to save up for the griddle plate now. Although i purchased one for my daughter and shes very impressed

Excellent grill. Put up with the weather even when I left it out without the cover on for an extended British weather period.

Item arrived on time. BBQ cover was a perfect fit for my BBQ. Seems to be a quality cover that I hope will last.

Ordered replacement grills for my XL burner. Delivered promptly. Very happy with everything and its great you can get spares

Bbq arrived with missing wheels, few dents, and wrong cover was sent too. Customer service asked me to return the wrong cover got refund for it, but requesting photos of packaging to provide new wheels which I had already thrown away, I was in a situation that I needed the bbq for a specific event otherwise I would have returned it.

Decided to upgrade my replacement grills and wasn’t disappointed. Well packed and quick delivery

Brilliant BBQ easy to put together love the extras cover and smoker hubby was very happy . Really quick delivery too.

Second one in 5 years . Love the improvements in the charcoal grill section. Much easier to clean

On unboxing one of the parts the powder coating had failed and was rusty underneath and there was a defect on bbq lid .
The bbq seems of adequate quality.
I only noticed this half way through building it and most of the cardboard packaging ( lots of it ) was outside to make space for building and had been rained on a little so not perfect.

I let cosmo grill know immediately through one of their suggested contact methods and they only replied to my msg a week later after I phoned the shop . The woman at shop said her colleague would reply I’m not sure why she couldn’t handle it . The reply I’m sure was Ai generated said list parts and they would send new ones which is fair enough . I replied within a few minutes explaining the issue and wanted to potentially swap for gas no answer.

Unfortunately we needed the bbq for a party on that weekend and couldn’t use it as wanted to return the parts or the whole bbq and hadn’t heard anything re swapping bbq

Finally after emailing I got a reply that seemed Ai generated again ‘basically packaging is damaged you’re stuck with it we can only replace the parts ‘

If using Cosmo grill make sure you order at least a fortnight before using and thoroughly inspect all parts while unwrapping and keep packaging in good condition . Expect Ai customer service

Despite having a few teething problems with assembling our new BBQ (there was some damage likely caused in transit), Cosmo customer service was excellent. Speedy, efficient response, sending replacements parts that arrived within a day or two. Special mention to Ian (and Kian) in particular who were brilliant throughout. Looking forward to summer and using the new BBQ in anger. Thanks

Just finished building my new Cosmogrill Smoker XXL - an excellent addition to my garden just in time for summer.
The grill is a good size, easy to put together and I'm looking forward to firing this up in the very near future.
There was a problem initially in that a part was missing - but a quick email to Cosmo Support and replacement was in the post & arrived 2 days later - you don't get such good customer service often these days....

I bought the product, it turned up damaged, I contacted the customer service instantly, sent them photos via email and heard nothing back. This was 1 month ago.

Really pleased with this.

The grill itself is solid, well built, and straightforward to put together. It feels like a proper piece of kit rather than something flimsy, and once you get used to it the heat control is good. Its fun to use.

What stood out just as much was the service. Zandra was incredibly helpful throughout, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted quickly and properly. That level of support gives you real confidence in buying from a smaller business.

Delivery was smooth and everything arrived as expected.

Looking forward to using it properly over the summer with the family and friends.
