I have been purchasing wigs from this site since I started cosplaying, and I love every single one. I recommend this site to many of my friends who start exploring cosplay! 10/10

Ive always gotten rly amazing and nice quality cosplays from cosplayclans!! Plus they get to me within 2-3 weeks on average so theyre pretty fast too!

Costume quality is nice, and wigs are incredible. Shipping time is about 3 weeks (to Spain). Check the size before buying because size chart sometimes are different.

I have acquired several cosplays from cosplay clans, so far I have liked all the cosplays that I have received, they are the same as they are shown in the photos.
the quality is good both of their cosplays and their wigs.
The service has been good, they have answered my messages the same day (usually they answer at night) and they have clarified my doubts.
I have not had problems with shipping, it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks for your package to arrive

Do not buy from this website. They’re scammers the item I received was way different from the photos!! It was cheap quality, handsewn together, and handwriting on it. DONT BUY!! U will regret it! I was unable to ship my item back because I live in USA an it cost more to ship out.. I was told by Usps to never order from other countries because they take advantage an scam!

Bad customer service. We ordered an item and they send us the wrong item. They don’t have a contact phone number to resolve this issue they just have an email. They refuse to resolve this issue. Don’t order from this company. Had to go to my credit card company and get my money back. Bad customer service.
