My order arrived in very good condition and quicker than I expected, it's exactly what I needed. There may need to be some slight adjustments to keep the ears upright but otherwise it's exactly as advertised and the tracked post was accurate and reassuring that everything was on track.

Great costumes

For the top being off the shoulder Im not sure why its made of satin since now ill have to use fashion tape to keep it on me.
The customer service was great however in getting back to me quickly about the sizing.

Don't buy anything from this company, if they mess up what they send to you they expect you to pay to return the item yourself before they will refund or send the correct item (hopefully). The return cost is as much as the item, so you will lose your money either way or worse, pay twice for the same item. Not a good company to support!

I am not happy with the customer service. I sent two emails regarding my order as the order was not shipped in full. I have not had any response.

Product was exactly as described, and shipping was very fast and easy, very pleased with not only the quality, but the price as well.

Order didn’t come in on time was late so the reason for ordering it got passed and while low and behold now it’s just a Halloween costume instead of the original use guess what I’m trying to say is don’t bother paying extra to have it shipped so it gets here in time cause it’s not gonna make it

The item did take a long time to arrive in Canada. The tracking app reported the item was in Shanghai when it was already in the town near to us.

Ordered my Luffy costume and was pleased with it! Good service, good email communication. Will likely order from this company again.

The belt looked like it was used with dollar store crafts the stars on top of it was folded that caused the stars to lift and peel on the corners. It wasn’t assembled properly, the packaging was bad and careless it ruined the costume.

I did in fact get my item... and it was as listed!
