I purchased a costume set from CosSky with a wig and beard included (this was $26 more than the costume without wig and beard.) After my purchase was made, I was emailed by the customer service team and notified that I would need to pay an additional $7 shipping fee due to the item being overweight. I politely let the team know that I was unwilling to cover the cost after the order had been placed, and that they could cancel and refund my order if it could not be shipped without the additional charge. The team replied politely and let me know they would ship the order anyway, which I appreciated. When I finally received my order on 9/5, after placing the order on 8/16, the wig and beard were not included. I contacted the team again to ask about the wig, they informed me that it was “detained due to overweight” and that I would need to pay an additional $15 in order to have the wig shipped to me. I let the team know once again that I was not willing to pay the additional costs, and that I expected my order to be fulfilled as placed. The team let me know that they could offer me a “partial refund” of $12 for the wig, even though the cost difference was $26. As a customer service professional, I found this bait and switch tactic unsavory and am more concerned with the deceptive practices of hidden fees than I am with the dollar amounts. I will not shop with them again and would recommend using a different vendor at any opportunity.

I ordered my costume on 23 July, and it has not arrived. The website states that it requires 15-18 days for production, and it is well over 40 days of waiting. Emails were exchanged with the company and they said my costume will ship out 1 week later (Emailed on 19 Aug) but it is now September and I have yet to receive any shipping information. I have asked for a full refund.

Placed an order for a $90 cosplay August 9, was told I’d receive it August 16-20th, ZERO updates. Sent in multiple requests to inquire about the order, then to cancel it. Barely any communication, only claimed the order was shipped after I asked to cancel and get my money back. Do NOT bother with Cossky, they will waste your money and your time.

Ordered a dress. For Halloween. Was assured size was adult large. They sent a beautiful dress. But I couldn't get it on. Im 130 lbs. Obviously a child's size. When contacting them, they offered me 10% off and told me to "sell it"(?) Or airmail back to Shanghai. Dress was $29. Figure almost twice to mail. Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. Was there fault and I had pay.

How this company even got 4.2 amazes me. I ordered a penny wise costume for my son over a month ago. I hesitated because I read other reviews where people didn’t receive their costume or it was far from looking like what they advertised. But, I did anyways. A month later, no costume. They gave me excuse after excuse, lies, and fake tracking numbers showing my package was in customs, when it wasn’t. Even one of the customer svc people said that the costume hadn’t shipped yet. ONE month!
Their shipping times shown on their website are complete lies. 8-12 days?! Lmao right! I finally had to get a charge back going for them to actually do anything. They refunded me within hours of a charge back being filed. Don’t be like me and trust your instincts and avoid this place at all costs. Its a complete scam

Just got the new Anakin Skywalker costume- impressed by the quality! Multiple real layers, with ties to make it much easier to put on than my last jedi robes, and has a texture and depth to the costume that is less common with these kinds of costumes usually

The costume is just as described and shipping was very fast, the team was very attentive as well and handled everything very quickly 💖

The cosplay's quality is very good and it has a lot of little details such as heart-shaped buttons, bows, laces etc. I'm really satisfied with the costume and customer service

I love the my Pomni Cosplay but the only thing I would fix is making the hat a lil bigger in size to fit my head because it has a tight squeeze and the bottom of the jester suit to be more poofy. Other than that the cosplay is still comfortable and good in size and natural is also pretty good too.

I bought the Babydoll cosplay & it was absolutely amazing. High quality, fit exactly to my size, & looked just liked the picture. The price point was really great too & it didn’t take long to arrive. Super satisfied.

I bought a Uzui Tengen (from Demon Slayer) costume on their website. The quality was amazing and the fit was so good! Very satisfied!

Its been weeks and my order hasn't even shipped, I emailed asking what the hold up was and they said it was being processed still. I asked what was taking it so long ans they just kept repeating it was being processed, couldn't tell me what else was going on. Go order from Ali Express, much cheaper and less frustrating.

Relatively fast shipping, Sizing chart is accurate (I am a European M and M fit great), Quality is good, only downside is the size of the cups, definitely not made for people with bigger busts. Overall very satisfied.

I have been a costumer of Cossky.com for a few years. Good quality costumes and usually quick customer service. Never had a problem. Until now. I ordered a few costumes at the end of Aug. 2025. I received about 2/3 of my order by September. The Zoey costumes sent was the wrong one. I contacted them but unfortunately the correct costume I wanted no longer had my size. Because we had a group costume so after corresponding with Cossky we agreed that I could return my items, but they asked me to wait until the entire order arrived and send it back all together. The rest of the order arrived late mid October. I had to pay for return postage. Fine. I sent all of the items back late October and tracking showed it arrived 11/12. They said I would get my refund within 1-2 business days. Then when I checked again a few days later they said they contacted PayPal for the refund. Nothing. It is now 12/24 and not only did I not get my refund back but I also have lost the amount I had to pay for shipping. That’s over $210 I have not been refunded. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but since I’m not being helped any other way, I feel I need to warn others.

We ordered the kids version of Zoey K-Pop and it was way nicer than any other costume we looked at. Great quality overall and very detailed, we will definitely use Cossky again for Halloween!

This company is incredibly misleading. DO NOT! Pay for expedited shipping! Everything ships from China AFTER its made. Which could take up to a month. After doing research on this company, they are very hit and miss. I've seen either love or hate for them. I stand on the hate side. Wasted 130 dollars on a costume that was supposed to be here days ago, and part hasn't even shipped yet. If you have a dead line to make, DO NOT purchase from this company!

I ordered 3 demon hunter costumes for my girls and they are amazing. This isnt a costume you find at spirit store. These are outfits. Very well made. All accessories match. My package was also "lost" had no update for almost 20 days but they made sure to get me the updated information. Replied to everyone of my emails. Shipping was a little long but nothing i didnt already expect. Great store.
