costoffs.com レビュー

Worst customer service ever bought a bed and wanted to return it they offered a partial refund which i accepted and they only gave me half of the partial refund. When I asked about the rest the customer service responded very disgustingly and called me a a beggar. Will never buy from these horrible people again.

Excellent chair really comfortable and was easy to assemble. The material is good quality really nice feel to it. The chair is a great size and the pockets on the sides are great. Really impressed with the service quick delivery.

1. I ordered the message table. It arrived damaged and poorly made. It looks like something heavy was staying on it for a while. And it is definitely the problem of the seller. As the package was absolutely ok - no damage. But inside....
2. The connection of the leg is poorly made and it is dangerous to use such a table.
3. When I put it together, it was absolutely unstable. It is not suitable for massage. It is moving when you even slightly touch it. It is not safe at all.

Then the most interesting. You will PAY TO RETURN it and the seller REFUSES TO GIVE THE REFUND!

First they require to tell them the problem. Then they put the status "the seller accepted return". And you go to the post to find out that you have to pay to return it. Then you get a message from seller about "how to solve"- we can send you a new one free. FREE?? I paid for the item and sending it back!! SERIOUSY???

Worst experience.
Avoid at any cost.

I am thrilled with my product and with the excellent communication of the company. We made the purchase and it was shipped immediately and was delivered in days. Very professionally packaged against damage and it was so easy to put together. It’s incredibly comfortable and luxurious for a great price. I was happy with the after sales customer service and their answers to my follow up questions. I highly recommend.

I am a designer; owner of Global Creatives design and I must admit I'm impressed. Absolute value for your money I must admit. Everything appears to be exactly as advertised, its products are strong and have a lovely finish. I was very pleased with my entire order and its fine style of delivery and also the shipping was really fast. This is the only site I use for my furniture needs cause the have fair price, classy and top-quality furniture’s that makes your house look just amazing and fancy. I surely recommend them

i am definitely in love with the compony products as it is of great quality. they even have good logistic speed and two day shipping to the United States. Also they even have great customer service at hand.

I'm happy with my purchase of this storage unit.

I thought the unit was easy to assemble. There are a lot of parts, but the instructions tell you exactly what you need for each step. It does help to have an extra set of hands in some steps, but not needed for most people I would think. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble with no help.
Good storage!

Purchased end tables recently. They arrived quickly, carefully packed and protected. These had well marked parts and clear illustrated directions. The end tables seems sturdy and looks great. Quality is also so good. Great tables for a smaller space and exchanging larger, chunky furniture for sleeker functional items. Would recommend these for sure. Their customer service is also great. I’m happy with my purchase

I recently purchased a computer desk and it is probably my favorite piece of furniture in my house. It is holding up 2 30lb gaming pcs really well and has lasted over a year with kids and pets climbing on it and chewing on it. It was easy to put together it took us about 10 minutes and shipped for free in 2 days. I did put my zip code in wrong by accident and their customer service team was super helpful in helping me fix it. Overall a great buy if you’re needing a sturdy desk that doesn’t look like it belongs in an old library.

I’ve ordered several pieces from this brand and each time I’m amazed! The quality is very durable, sturdy and they look very high compared to the low cost I paid. The customer service is always amazing and items got here on time! Great company and I highly recommend.

Good quality products. Very impressed by how sturdy and durable they are. Feels smooth and looks very fancy and high class. I got a wall cabinet from them, doesnt take up any space and put it in my bathroom. It gave me more place to store things and also made the bathroom look so much more modern

I have been using this for almost 3 months now. The build quality is amazing. Looks elegant and feels sturdy. The best part of this is the modern design. Installation was easy, just need to follow the manual. Comes with all the required nuts. The packaging was good, it was handled nicely by FedEx.

Loved this costoffs chair but... there was an issue with the welding on the metal part of the legs. It caused it to tip on that wheel.
AMAZING Customer Service Team!!!! After exchanging photos of the problem the team sent me new parts to fix the problem.
Great Experience and the chair now works perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The chair I bought was delivered two days after ordering. The material they used is high quality, sturdy, and eco friendly. The instruction is clear and easy to follow. Contacted customer service on their website and got a response a few minutes later. Very satisfied. Will buy from them again and will recommend to anyone who needs furnitures.

I purchased a raised garden bed from costoffs.com. It’s a well constructed product and the price was quite reasonable. Packaging and delivery were great and customer service is very responsive.

I bought sofa from costoffs.com. It arrived second day which was very fast especially for furniture. The delivery guys were very good. Not sure how but they brought the whole recliner in without a scratch. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the leather and stitches. Its very comfy. Overall recommend them.

I bought an office chair from costoff store and they came in fast with excellent condition. The chair is perfect for my back porch because it is leather and it's rain proof so I don't habe to worry about the tear like other cheap leather. The chair is strong and sturdy. Their customers service rep is also a plus because they respond fast when you need to get in contact with them. I highly suggest this company if u are in to buy some great furniture.

I bought one garden table from costoffs, free shipping, The instructions were very clear. For those folks who are unfamiliar with self-tapping screws, a comment in the instructions would be helpful. I think a warning for not using a power assisted screw driver would also be appropriate. Bottom line - took about an hour to assemble, the parts all fit perfectly and the results exceeded expectations. I really likes it!

I purchased several items from this website. I always get genuine products and the price is very reasonable. Packaging is good and customer service is very responsive
