I can’t believe how totally rude
I can’t believe how totally rude. The customer service helpers are and they’re all guys unbelievably rude. Why would anybody want any of this insurance any of it? It’s unbelievable. They hang up on you. They talk back at you. Who are these people? Think they are especially the one in California unbelievably rude. I’m not going through this company anymore. They suck.

I was fed up with the Customer Service
I was fed up with the Customer Service. I was receiving not the other insurance I had so I look for something that was closer to me and I saw the cost you last insurance so I called and it was excellent customer service the whole time and it took a long process to get signed up, but the customer service was great and on top of that I got a much lower appraisal, so I love that and I changed Insurance and went with you guys and you found the right price for me a portable for me so thank you

We paid $438 for 6 months
Hi,
We paid $438 for 6 months, but we cancelled it in 33 days. Why did we only get $255 refund? Why did the insurance take a lot of money from us? It's like stealing money. 😭

Caring and being kind and professional and being patient with your client is very important because you never know what type of person you are dealing with some people are slow. Some people are fast.
Because the person I was work with me was very kind and patient and humble which I need those kind of people to work with because I am a very slow person and have a low comprehension so what that guy did for me was very kind inconsiderate
