Ich habe mir das Coswheel GT20 20 Max gekauft.
Da es direkt aus China kommt musste ich 4 Monate warten.
Als es entlich da war musste ich fesstellen das einige Teile beschädigt waren bzw zerkratzt (AKKU), (Schutzblech verbogen) Einige Teile wurden sofort ersetzt. Andere wie der Akku habe ich nicht erwähnt da dieser noch funktionstüchtig war und nur aus Kosmetischen gründen wollte ich nicht darauf bestehen einen neuen zu bekommen.
Auch waren einige Kabel verbleicht, was darauf hindeutet das diese Kabel schon einige Zeit gelagert wurden.
Da ich beim Kauf darauf hingewiesen habe das ich nur 25 Km/h fahren darf in Deutschland wurde mir versichert das dies kein Problem sei.
Nur zur Information, ein Ebike das in der EU mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 25km/h unterwegs ist, braucht kein COC. Wenn sie es jedoch mit über 25 Km/h fahren wollen dann braucht man diese COC. Dann braucht man aber auch einen Führerschein und ein Nummernschild.
Mein GT20 Max wurde, wie versprochen von Coswheel, auf 25 km/h Gedrosselt.
Was mich jedoch am Cosswheel stört, ist das es nur einen Bewegungssensor und kein Drehmomentsensor hat. Aber das schlimmste ist das es keine Schiebehilfe hat. Das Display ist super und über Bluetooth lassen sich die wichtigsten Daten einsehen mit der App. Auch die dazugehörige Navigation wäre super, wenn es nicht als Abo angeboten werden würde.
Was mich Positiv überascht hat am Gt20 Max das es trotz seines Gewichtes super ohne Unterstützung fahren lässt. Das lässt darauf schließen das hier das zusammenspiel zwischen Reifen und Schaltung wunderbar gelöst wurde. Ich denke da nur an das Engwe Engine pro das nur halb so schwer ist, aber das Treten ohne unterstützung die reinste Qual ist.
Auch wenn ich nicht zu 100 % zufrieden bin, und die Mängel wahrscheinlich auf Transportschäden zurückzuführen sind, habe ich dennoch nur positive Erfahrung beim fahren selbst gemacht.
Es ist kraftvoll jeden Berg hinaufgeklettert.
Der Akku hält unglaublich lange. Mit 2400 Wh sind mehr als 200 km möglich. Der Motor rasselt ein wenig, das liegt aber an der Konstruktion des Motors selbst, und ist kein Defekt.
Das GT20 Max ist ein Blickfang und auch wenn man das Gefühl hat es ist ein Motorrad, ist es immer noch ein E-Bike.

Coswheel hat die im Oktober 2025 bestellte Lieferung des E-bike CT 20 direkt aus China mit einem Nachlass von 100 Euro innerhalb von 55 Tagen zugesagt. Das Mit Kreditkarte bezahlte Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Jede Anfrage wurde zu Anfang nach zwei Tagen beantwortet und ein Trackingbericht zugesandt. Wie sich herausstellt, ein gefälschter Bericht. Ich wurde permanent vertröstet und mit einem Nachlass im Preis vertröstet. 15. Januar sollte das E-bike hier sein, seit meiner Anfrage meldet sich Coswheel gar nicht mehr. Ich habe ein Betrugsverfakren und über die Kreditkarte ein Chargebackverfahren eingeleitet. Auf keinen Fall bei diesen Betrügern etwas kaufen oder Geld überweisen.
Coswheel has promised delivery of the CT 20 e-bike ordered in October 2025 directly from China with a discount of 100 euros within 55 days. The money paid by credit card was deducted immediately. Each request was initially answered after two days and a tracking report was sent. As it turns out, a fake report. I was constantly put off and given a discount on the price. The e-bike was supposed to be here on January 15th, but Coswheel hasn't responded at all since my request. I have initiated a fraud case and a chargeback process using the credit card. Under no circumstances should you buy anything or transfer money to these scammers.

I purchased a Coswheel CT20S during what was advertised as a promotion that included a free extra part. When my order arrived, the extra part was missing. After contacting the seller, they claimed that no such promotion had ever existed, despite the fact that I had clear proof of it.

Before placing the order, I contacted the seller multiple times to confirm that the Coswheel CT20S would include all the necessary documentation required for legal registration in Europe, specifically the Certificate of Conformity (COC). I was repeatedly assured that all required documentation would be provided.

When the product arrived, no documentation was included at all. After submitting a complaint, they sent me a PDF file, which is not valid. The authorities responsible for vehicle legalization and registration in Portugal explicitly require an original document with a physical signature, not a digital copy or PDF.

I contacted the seller again to request the original documentation, and they clearly stated that they do not issue original documents.

As a result, it is impossible to legally register the Coswheel CT20S in Portugal and likely in other EU countries. If you want to avoid legal issues and misleading practices, I strongly recommend not buying from this seller.

Very disappointing experience, misleading information, and poor after-sales support.

SCAM WARNING FOR EU BUYERS: Fake COC Documents - Impossible to Register!

I am writing this review to warn all potential European customers. I purchased the Coswheel R19 expecting to register it legally as a moped (L1e-B), as promised on their website where they claim to provide "COC certification".
THE REALITY:
Impossible to Register: The Romanian Auto Register (RAR) rejected the registration because the COC provided was a printed copy without the required original wet stamp and signature.
CONFIRMED FRAUD: When I contacted EBROH (the holder of the Type Approval e9168/201311683 02 used on the document), their representative confirmed in writing that the COC provided by Coswheel is a "FAKE DOCUMENT" and that the signature of the General Director was forged. Coswheel has no legal relation with Ebroh anymore.
No Solution: After weeks of trying to get a legal document, Coswheel admitted they cannot provide a valid COC for registration. Instead of fixing the legal issue, they offered me a $100 compensation for a vehicle I cannot legally use on public roads.
Do not buy this bike if you need to register it in the EU. You will receive fraudulent documents and a vehicle you cannot ride legally.

Bought a defect bike and there is no service, support or help at all. Only buy this bike if you can fix it yourself.
