100% a scam. I ordered a product from them but they sent it to some location in Florida, which is not where I live. I double-checked my receipt and it shows my correct address, so I emailed them a few times and contacted them through their website, but they never responded back. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who got scammed.

ordered product address was correct they sent it 2000 miles away to another state and refuse to reply for correction. Never got item.

The gentleman was very polite and helpful.

Cosy Hub has provided me with excellent service and I could not be happier with them as a whole. It didn't cost me a penny yet the team were so professional and efficient, and they worked diligently to install my new boiler and insulation. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took to ensure that everything was installed correctly.

The Cosy Hub team also took the time to explain the features of my new boiler and how to use it efficiently. This was very helpful, as I was not familiar with the new technology.

Great company, very friendly and professional. I applied for a ECO grant through their website, was surprised at how quick they contacted me, the same day! Then 2 days later a surveyor visited me to assess my current heating system and insulation, the next day I got sent a report stating what they could do for me, they converted my old boiler and got rid of the hot water cylinder and installed a Worcester combi system with a smart control.. They also insulated my loft and walls.. I even got some new extractor fans installed.. How much did this cost me? Nothing!! Fully funded as they said at the start.. thank you so much to all at Cosy Hub 10/10!!!
