Virtually trouble free and the result exceeds our expectation. No regrets.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Insulation has made some difference but had hoped for a liitle more. Problem is south facing glass windows on 3 sides so sun still pours in but is a little cooler.

So simple. Completed in just hours, professional fitters, all old panels taken away.
Couldn’t recommend them higher.
Well worth making the change.

The process was straight forward and professional, all involved were friendly and on time.
The panels have coped with all the wind, rain and sun over the last year with no sign of wear and tear and have made the Conservatory useable in all weathers.

Using CosyRoof was the best decision we have ever made regarding a home improvement. Shaun and John were brilliant, their work and professional attitude was exemplary, can’t thank them enough. Luke the electrician was also amazing and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

Superb company. They keep you up to date at every stage of the process Nadia was very helpful. Josh the fitter did a fantastic job fitting our new roof and worked like a Trojan in the extreme heat and left the job clean and tidy. Cosy panels even renewed our lead flashing included in the price. The room is noticeably cooler it was 35 degrees today, usually I couldn’t walk in the conservatory because of the heat but today it was very pleasant in there. I am very pleased and would recommend this company if you are thinking of changing your conservatory roof.

Awful hard selling and rude staff, we took some time after our initial quote to get a couple of quotes from various companies which is a pretty standard process when having work done. Some of these were in person quotes so we had to wait for the companies to fit us in so there was a delay. We decided to go with them and so my husband contacted them again today, however what they failed to mention first time after giving us a quote via video call is that the price can change once they actually come out in person (but they expect a deposit before this - therefore locking you in on an apparent low price and increasing it later on) and we therefore decided to go with a company who had already been out to us, who was willing to honour their quote for 2 weeks and didn't try to push us on the day. Despite them being more expensive we know there are no hidden costs. So my husband reached out to the sales person later today to let them know and

What was absolutely appalling was the rude response of - " Buddy I already closed your enquiry this morning. After years in the job you recognise the client.
… Market leader, lowest U value on the market and the company offered your wife 3290 couple of weeks back so .. "

I suggest the company puts their sales team through some extra customer services training, a simple 'thanks for letting me know' would have been the professional response, but now - you create a situation where we will tell everyone we speak to not to bother with Cosy Panel because of the hard selling and rude sales people.

To some customers - integrity, honesty and professionalism is more important than being cheapest - your sales team need to learn this.

I would definitely recommend cost panels. From my first initial enquiry to fitting it was such an easy process. Everytime I spoke to anyone I was treated with the up most respect and everything ran smoothly on the day if install.
The new panels have made such a difference to my conservatory and it's now a pleasure to be in there.
I have recommended cost panels to lots of people already and will continue to do so.

From call to installation everything explained and helpful. Install done in a day. Temperature in hot weather in conservatory reduced, and looks good. Unable to comment on noise reduction when in rains as no heavy downpour for some time.

All fine although thought panels could have been a little thicker.
Service good, delivery/fitting done on time specified. Think it’s two years now, no problem.

We were kept informed throughout. From planning, measuring and through to installation.
The technicians turned up early, made the minimum of fuss during installation, tidied everything up as if they hadn’t been here at all. They tested thoroughly for leaks and explained everything going forward such as maintenance, etc.
The product has allowed our conservatory to become a room again. A forced office move to home has taken the space but it’s good to be able to shut the door to the ‘office’ and get on and after work sit and enjoy the space which we haven’t done since we moved in.

Our clear roof was replaced in a day by a beautiful white solid roof, no mess or hassle.
During the heatwaves in 2026 the conservatory would have been unusable but with this roof the temperature is much reduced to a nice comfortable level. We were slightly concerned that the solid roof might cut down the general light level but this has not been the case and it's still lovely and bright.

All good, no concerns regarding the specifications or quality of work. The changing of the roof has made the conservatory more useable throughout the year.

Not yet had my conservatory roof done but so far I can’t fault the sales, survey and customer services departments. I have been contacted regularly, kept up to date with timescales and had appointments arranged to suit me. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly right from the first call with Peter in sales and Jack in customer services through to Chris who came to do my survey. Hopefully the installation and product are as good as the service I have received so far

Lads were quick and efficient. cleaned up after themselves. finish good.

I was a hesitant customer due to past experiences.
Cosypanels has made the process so far as easy as possible. The sales representative was patient and reassuring. She made me feel she understood the pride and love I have for my house.
I’ve had emails and calls about information for the future roof plans.

Everything about my new conservatory roof went so smoothly it was great. A good price, I was kept informed of progress and I was lucky that Cosy Panels fitted my roof in just before Christmas. The panels have made so much difference, we use the conservatory so much more nowadays because it’s not freezing in winter or boiling in summer, and as it adjoins our dining room that also was warmer this year. I was so glad I chose Cosy Panels, one day fitting and it changed everything.

From start to finish, from first contact with your salesman, to the surveyor who can to survey our existing roof to the workmen installing our new roof who did a great job and left everywhere clean and tidy, I cannot fault our experience,
The new roof is great, the hot weather we have had this year we would not have been able to use the conservatory as it would have been to hot, the conservatory now is usable again, hoping that we get good results in the winter and it holds the heat as it was very cold in winter, overall very satisfying experience for us
