I started using Countplus after my wife had a positive experience over the past two years. My old accountants became lazy and unresponsive which provoked a move. Faisal is responsive and helpful
Faisal is responsive and helpful. The preparation of the VAT returns are timely and in a format which I understand and which is consistent with my accounting software. This means I don't need to get used to something else and also I don't have to spend loads of time preparing information in a different format.

Faisal was 100% professional from Day 1. Explaining the process from the start and keep us fully informed all the way through. We had a particularly complicated case with HMRC and we are so pleased with the outcome and that is completely down to Faisal and the team!
