Very happy with service and result

I had been recommended this clinic by my brother, who had an amazing experience here a few months ago. I finally booked an appointment for today and I also had such a calm and peaceful experience here! A full hour given for the whitening and as soon as I felt a bit of sensitivity, I was immediately attended to and was asked if I wanted to reduce the power. When I said yes, it was reduced immediately and we took a small break. The session gave a result better than expected and I am so content with the end result and the entire experience. Came home with a HomeKit also which I look forward to using.

Will 100% be recommending this clinic to my friends and family!!

That is really despicable! Shame on you! Do you really think I would waste my time to try the IMPOSSIBLE with you "treatment"??!!
After that sneaky behaviour of yours, now I understand that you keep flagging and trying to delete all bad reviews and only keeping the "good/fake" ones. Really sick!

Amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff were very welcoming and professional and the end results were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

I just would like to share the most horrific experience my family and I had in this "clinic", so that nobody should go through this disgrace/nightmare.

****** FIRST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE(which was deleted as per clinic request in exchange of trying to make the teeth whitening again):
"I am so sorry but I have to say the experience was really bad.
I got the teeth whitening for my wife as her birthday gift.
She does teeth cleaning every 6 months, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, only uses expensive whitening toothpaste and look so well after her teeth. The results was a really let down as barely any whitening could be notice or any difference. I meant, come on, that's really really bad as she also reported that the lady left her alone in the room and my wife started feeling her tongue burning, so my wife had to start banging things around the room to call her attention as she couldn't speak due to the things in her mouth.
Meanwhile I was outside with the kids as we were not allowed to stay in DESPITE the clinic being empty and the next appointment was for 1 hour later, after my wife's appointment.
Honestly what was supposed to be the best gift for her birthday, turned our to be the worst as NO results was showing!!! I am sooo angry at myself for working so hard for my money and now £159 is just gone. I wish I could have never done this mistake and hope nobody else will do."

***** SECOND PART OF THE EXPERIENCE (During the 2nd attempt for the teeth whitening), Message sent to the Clinic WhatsApp number:

"Hi,
You may have already heard from the staff about the accident that has happened in the clinic on Saturday which could have led to a tragedy.
While I was speaking to your staff about the treatment, our 4 year old daughter was in the toilet with her mum. As my daughter opened the toilet door to get out, it led her to fall from almost 3 meters high down the stairs to the basement of the clinic. This was the most horrific scene I have seen in my life. What is even worse is the fact that your clinic premises do not comply with the safety of the customers. How could the opening of the toilet door be lead directly to a stairs??? This is an extremely serious safety issue that should have been resolved/avoided long ago. Why there is no stair gate or anything to prevent the customer from falling? Or why does the door not open on the other side so that at least the door could shield a person from falling?I am seriously considering to bring this matter to the au-thorities as the inci.dent with my daughter could have led her to de.a.th and naturally, I also do not want this to happen to any other customers in the future.
As you can appreciate, it has just ruined our family weekend out. We had to cancel our plans to go to UCLH A&E. Up on showing the attached pictures to the nurses/doctor, they couldn't believe that something worse did not happen.
My daughter was constantly cr.y.i.ng in pa.in, had re.d marks/bruiz.es all over her b.ack, and compla.ined up until today of he.ad and low back p.ai.n. Really this situation is extremely infuriating as it could have been easily avoided if you could have provided customers with a safe environment.
I can't recommend your clinic as it is not safe for the customers and does not bring any results as you advertise."

"Andre all I can do is apologise for the situation and I am glad to hear that your daughter is on the road to recovery. We will look at health and safety procedures to make sure an incident like that won't happen again"

Such an efficient, pleasant experience which is so reasonably priced! My Fiancée and I came together and were both over the moon with the outcome! Communication prior to our treatment was frequent and brilliant and the Youtube video was needed, so helpful. All members of the team were friendly and professional and the treatment itself was clearly explained at every step, as well as aftercare. Would highly recommend…thanks so much!

Amazing results and very professional service. All done in one hour! I was a little apprehensive initially, but the team there put me at ease and in 60 mins my rather dull teeth had been transformed. I did not feel any sensitivity at all. At least 6-8 shades whiter. I had also conducted quite a bit of research and have used various other products in the past, including gels that you use overnight in trays that didn’t really do anything and involved quite an investment of my personal time. The Phillips Zoom system was simple, easy, quick and very effective. Thank you Team! Great job!

Really professional and friendly service with a fantastic result .Dr Soukanya was fantastic . She explained the procedure well and kept a close eye too . I am very pleased with the results .

Amazing! Had a teeth whitening treatment today, went 8 shades whiter in 1 hour appointment! Highly recommend

1. EXTREMELY difficult to find this place. Extremely rude, nasty receptionist who is male, lacks interpersonal skills, bad attitude + blames customer for struggling to find the place, which is hidden away from view. Couldn’t even provide accurate directions on the phone.
2. Due to struggling to find the place, while dealing with stress from the receptionist on the phone - when I arrived he ruthlessly took 15 minutes off my 1 hour time that I’d paid £200 for. Uncomfortable environment, very small, as in only one customer could fit in that place at a time. The front desk *is* the business itself, if the front desk is a nasty piece of work, unprofessional - then what does that say about their business? Left feeling ripped off, very upset.
3. Session was massively rushed. Wasn’t talked through properly, wasn’t shown shade charts. Nothing at all. Just open the mouth, put gel on + wait. Felt like a rip off. Whitening isn’t very effective so I have no idea where they get their images from, likely edited.
4. For the price of teeth whitening, it is not worth it. The shade is perhaps one shade lighter after the process, but, the whitening kit they give is a gimmick, it also burns the inside of my mouth + gums.

The receptionist in response to my honest, transparent review has completely fabricated that I said “threatened with a bad review”. I have never written a review before this experience, + this fabrication is further indicative of the unprofessionalism, nastiness + a con, dodgy business.

The session did not “run over” at all, because I was booted 15 minutes earlier of my 1 hour paid for. One cannot judge teeth whitening when one has not had the full treatment. I was asked if I wanted photos of my teeth taken + I said “no”, so unless this receptionist took pics while I was unaware, he is lying yet again.

Do not recommend.

Great experience, amazing results!
My teeth are blindingly and evenly white 😁✨ and everyone was so friendly and professional. I had no pain at all, neither during the procedure nor afterwards, even though it was a freezing cold day. The location doesn’t hurt either - perfect for spending some time around Covent Garden afterwards.

This was my second visit to Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic and it was just as great as the first one. The staff are excellent, explain everything, and are friendly and caring. The results are just as good. My teeth are so white! Thank you to the superb team.

I went in for Zoom whitening and couldn’t recommend more. All the staff were extremely friendly and the dentist was very clear and informative about the process and the aftercare. I was concerned about sensitivity afterwards but haven’t had any issues.

I had an initial consultation where the cosmetic dentist explained the procedure in detail which was very helpful as it was my first time having teeth whitening. The treatment itself was done in an hour, and I had no sensitivity. The dentist measured my teeth on a whitening chart and also took before and after pictures (which they emailed to me) I went 12 shades whiter, results surpassed expectations. Have already recommended to colleagues and friends.
