Before you posted this review, we had already responded to your concerns and offered you a refund under our 60-day refund policy. We always strive to resolve any issues directly with our customers in a fair and timely manner.

We also want to clarify that the pink/red tint of our lenses is intentional. Covisn colorblind glasses use a specialized red-green optical filter to enhance the distinction between red and green colors for people with red-green color vision deficiency. This tint is an essential part of how the lenses work and is not a manufacturing defect or simply a colored filter.

We respect that customers may have different preferences regarding frame materials, weight, and design, and we appreciate your feedback. It helps us continue improving our products and services.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your initial delivery experience.

After checking our records, we found that your original order placed on July 28, 2024, was shipped via Yodel on July 31, with tracking number JJD0002231793039112. Unfortunately, the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect or unknown recipient address, and it was returned to the local Yodel service center on August 18 after multiple failed delivery attempts.

As discussed in our email communication, you later updated your delivery information. We then re-shipped your package on August 16 via China Post (tracking number AT432027924CN), and it was successfully delivered on August 24.

We always strive to ensure smooth delivery, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving the issue. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Your shipping time is estimated based on the shipping records of other customers who have ordered similar items.UPS provides fast shipping worldwide.

We choose UPS because they have a good reputation, although not all companies are perfect.Shipping problems can happen unexpectedly sometimes due to factors outside of our control.

Hi, Thanks for your patience,Your package is shipping to El Salvador initial by PostNL International,after arrived in El Salvador , you'll be delivery by Correo El Salvador,so the shipping time may longer than usual.

We check your package on transport to El Salvador from October 15th, and delivered at November 1st.
