Cowal Building & Plumbing Supplies Ltd レビュー

Seamless! Had what I needed and delivered when requested. Perfect! Special thanks to Rikki and Nathan who went above and beyond

Friendly, reliable and good value.

Knowledge of products very good

Great service quick and professional

Friendly well informed/knowledgeable staff who will go out of their way to help.

Fab customer service and delivery. Ricki could not have been more helpful.

Staff very helpful.

Although the order was very late the staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful

They had good knowledge of their products

Went into my local Cowal to order a builders bag of pea gravel and land drain pipe. I was told that the pea gravel would be delivered 2 days later and staff would call me that day to let me know if they could order the land drain pipe. I did not receive a phone call so I called them and was told that they were still waiting on a response from the suppliers. 3days later my pea gravel hadn’t arrived so I went to the store to be told that the land drain pipe was unavailable but they could still order the pea gravel if I wanted. Absolutely atrocious service. Very annoyed because I could have ordered these items online but I was trying to support a local business who have been very good in the past. However, because of this experience I will not be coming back and will order from bigger suppliers online. Really disappointed.

A helpful team that discussed the products they had in stock giving me options, a price that beat the big shed places, delivery when they said they would, and a friendly delivery driver that offloaded the ton bags where I asked, rather than a dump and run... and it's a locally run business, helping keep the jobs and money in the area. Seriously, what's not to like?

Great service, friendly & helpful team. We live at a rural property with difficult access, and the expert lorry/crane driver made it look easy. Highly recommended, will be using again!

Under promise and over deliver, great people to do business with 🥳

Ive used these guys alot recently & relied on many bulk deliveries dropped outside the house with no space to spare. John the crane driver can land a bulk bag on a pin head. Good service, deliveries arrive when expected.

Easy and very helpful with advice on materials required. Would recommend 👍

Great friendly service and always helpful. Great prices. Also put me on to fpmcann roof tiles. Excellent quality and will b using these more in the future.

John kept me updated every step of the way.
When the materials arrived when he was delivering them to site. When they were arriving. And most of all nothing was a problem to him.
