Really disappointing experience. I was referred to this company because I was looking for a more tailored insurance solution for my business. I was contacted by Raymond Chen, and the communication immediately felt rushed and impersonal, with questions being fired at me without much courtesy or genuine interest.

I answered everything requested, then was ghosted. I had to chase for an update, only to be told that my business was not within their "appetite".

I understand that not every insurer can cover every business, but the way this was handled made me feel like I was just a number, not a real person trying to protect and build a business. It felt like there was no interest in understanding my needs or providing any kind of support, just transactional.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company or this advisor based on the way I was treated.

Great service from Cowens. Will Dowd was brilliant in helping me arrange my business insurance, he made the whole process clear, straightforward, and stress-free while taking the time to understand exactly what I needed. His communication was excellent throughout, and I felt confident I was getting the right cover.

I have every intention of sticking with them in the future and would highly recommend!

I am now insured with Cowens. Mollie was extremely helpful and the quote I received was not extortionate. Obviously right now I am reviewing the experience of a new customer, but I found them helpful and they went out of their way to make sure I had the policy I required for my business.

I obtained many quotes from all different companies, which were all extortionate prices and I wasn't sure if they were even what I needed.
Then I found Cowens! I completed the contact form online, and not long after had an email asking if they could call. I spoke with Owen, and he asked me questions, listened to exactly what I needed, explained lots of things I wasn't sure about, and then he went away and researched which policy would be best for me. A couple of days later, he sent me a quote that was so clear, and perfect for my needs, at a fraction of the cost of any others. I am so grateful for the help and the amazing service that both Owen and Cowens have provided. Thankyou.

I was selling a let property which was unoccupied and I was referred to Will Dowd at Cowens as my current insurer wouldn't offer cover for an unoccupied property. Will was very helpful and arranged cover without any fuss explaining all the ins and outs very clearly. Everything was made very easy and I would definitely recommend them in future

We have been through a terrible time with the death of our mum, and because we were left the house but arent living in it, no-one would help us. It was very stressful. Thank God, i heard about Cowens. Nathan Mee, your a life saver. Thank you so so much for absolutely brilliant service and everlasting patience. We now have cover, and are very relieved.

From the outset I told Will that my preferred method of contact was by phone as I rarely look at my emails and he was brilliant about it, it was a complicated insurance quote I needed, and he rang me every single time he sent an email to let me know that I had something that needed my attention in my inbox. He came back with different options for me to choose from in the end and the quote I settled on was significantly cheaper than my current insurers. The level of service I got coupled with the fantastic quote ensures that I'll definitely be going with Cowens again next year. I highly recommend them.

Nathan Mee was extremely helpful. Kind, patient, eager to help, and put my worries at rest. As someone who hasn't dealt with insurance before let alone understand it was something I dreaded but Nathan supported me in my choice, and gave me the best outcome for my situation. Gave regular check ins but not to over bearing as some companies can be. If I were calling again I'd hope the rest of the companies employees had this standard. 5 stars.
