I have a problem in cowrywise but it a nice investment app/ platform.
The problem is that I have deposit the money already but they said I should pay 50naira to so that they can confirm if it me that own the account and also to withdraw the money at any period of time .
But since I made the payment which is 50naira they have been showing me pending always

A scam and fraudulent institution that thrives on spamming users and end up retaliating when they're called out. Their staff are rude, unprofessional, and run the affairs of the institution like it's their home.

I do not recommend Cowrywise. They spam users constantly, and when I raised a complaint about the unsolicited messages, my account was deleted without warning. That’s not how a trustworthy financial app should operate. Instead of addressing feedback, they punish the customer. Very disappointing experience.

I dont see a purpose of financial institution without swift withdrawal. This is 2025 and you guys are taking days to process withdrawal. Its not about collecting money from people let ur services be worth the investment. After this im done

Cowrywise's customer service is disappointing, relying solely on automated bot responses with no way to contact a human representative. The system makes it difficult to access investment maturity dates, looping without clear answers. Worst of all, withdrawals are problematic, causing major frustration. Cowrywise needs to improve communication, transparency, and fund accessibility.

Still dont know my maturity date and withdrawal impossible

Cowrywise has helped me save money for so many things. The safe lock in place helps prevent me from withdrawing the funds prematurely and I love it.

Cowrywise has helped me plan and save my money for trips, and filming gear for my business. They also have investment options too. They deserve a 6th star, honestly!
