We ordered a few pieces from this lovely website. They contacted us within a couple of days to confirm exactly when we would recieve the items. The furniture arrived well packaged and was top quality. we would highly recommend.

the product I wanted was showing out of stock (Piedra Pendant - Large ) so I rang Cowshed Interiors and they advised they could order me 1 on a 4 week delivery basis which they did.
It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. It looks fabulous in my 2nd bedroom. and whenever I contacted the company they were quick to respond.

Very pretty cushion covers bought at reduced price. I’m pleased with them. Delivery was ok, not the cheapest or fastest but acceptable. Nice selection of items .

I ordered a rustic jug from this company and when it came it was exactly what I wanted! The quality was excellent and it was delivered promptly. I was so pleased I looked at the website again and ordered another one, along with 2 small vases and a dried flower arrangement. I am so pleased with all of the products, they are real quality, and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend them!

As my table lamps were a least 30 years old, time to update. I found Cowshed online, liked what I saw but wanted to extend my search, making sure I had not missed anything. Nothing came near, and the one I first saw at Cowshed I came back to over and over again. The web site very well presented, and when I telephoned to get some advice Wendy was extremely helpful, a great asset to the company. Lamps same design different shape, Wendy sent me pictures of them side by side. I ordered two first, on arrival loved so ordered the third. They look beautiful just need a couple of picture to complete the upgrade. The lamps on both occasions arrived within 2 days, and the packaging amazing, well done Neil.
Cowshed a great find, wish you were a little closer.

Highly recommend! They have some beautiful items on the website, I ordered a number of vases and decorative bits, some quite large and all arrived in perfect condition due to how well they were packaged! I had to return a couple of items just cos they were too big for the shelves (my own fault for not measuring) and I arranged this with ease. Excellent and very friendly customer service!

Marked items: Extremely poor customer service accompanied with threats following a negative review. Never dealt with a business like it. I will never purchase from this company again.

Extortionate delivery and return prices. Refused to refund. Because it’s cheaper for them to replace from their supplier than refund customer sale price. Poor. Avoid at all costs! I will never, ever purchase anything from here again. Lamp shade has lines all down it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a beautiful lamp. It arrived very securely packaged, was as described (and even better than the images on their website), plus the customer service I received was outstanding.
Dpd said they couldn’t deliver the item as they couldn’t find my address (even though they deliver here almost every week). I reported this to cowshed who raised it with DPD, reported back that they’d try again the next day and even checked back to make sure I’d received the item and I liked it. I will definitely recommend the company to people and look to buy from them again,

Not only was I super happy with the quality of my purchase from Cowshed Interiors their customer service was fantastic. Wendy was super reassuring and straight on the case of sorting out my delivery, to ensure it arrived by Christmas. Would thoroughly recommend this small business.

Ordered a beautiful lamp close to £200 in cost.
Lamp base itself was fine but sadly the bulb holder was not straight and clearly damaged as the shade was very offset. I contacted Cowshed Interiors right away via online chat. We were advised that the bulb holder does have movement and to simply adjust. The conclusion was it was still no better, it was the fixing itself not by he adjustable part. I was told our only option was to return the lamp for a full refund, but at our own cost. This was very unfair given the fault was not of our own. Avoidance in case of similar reluctance to help in a frustrating situation via customer service. Should not be selling 5* items if your customer service cannot match up! Hugely disappointing. Now stuck with a faulty lamp.

I have now received a response from cowshed stating we are trying to attack their small family business. Answer this would you want a lamp in your lounge with a wonky lampshade. No matter how you adjust it it doesn’t sit right. I think not. Yes we can return but at cost of your own is clearly not a fair understanding approach. As already said disappointed.
Good customer service is simple for most. Not here it seems. Hide behind terms and condition rather than see it from the customers view.

Either of the responses are still not helpful to the situation. But I appreciate your trying to defend the situation for your “small business”.
The bottom line bulb holder is still off of where it enters the lamp base. This is a fact. However if you wish to state it’s something thats to be considered when paying £149, that’s on you. Thank you for such attention in your responses to my review, shame the same efforts were not pursued to cover the returns cost.
I will fix the base some how, no choice as I am not willing to cover the returns cost. Your wonky item not my place to cover the postage.

Really poor company, purchased 2 lamps (£200) which were a totally different colour to that advertised, glass was very inferior for the price. If your confident in your product and know the customer will like it you would not charge them for both delivery and return costs, would not use this company again

The response I received from Cowshed was to threaten me with legal action if I did not delete my review as per below, yet again, what a lovely response from this company

“The statements cannot be substantiated and as a result, we may need to take legal advice and follow through with a claim for damages.

We do clearly state in our terms and conditions about returns that returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We also make it in section 4 our view on unsubstantiated reviews - I have copied in the section below for reference:

I recently purchased their wooden spindle bobbin floor lamp. It is beautiful! I was desperate to get my hands on it, and the ladies where just wonderful at every stage. Even going as far to contact me when it had been received to make sure I was happy with the item following my premature concerns about delivery. Pure magic! I can not rate them highly enough. I will most definitely be purchasing from them again and would recommend their store to anyone. Thank you ladies :-)
