Coyote Keys came through. I purchased a key for acrobat pro and it worked perfectly. I am very pleased and will purchase again.

I had an excellent experience with Coyote Keys. I purchased Acrobat Pro for Mac. The seller quickly let me know there would be a short delay getting the key and offered to refund me. I decided to wait and received the key the next day. Installation through adobe was easy and the key worked as expected. Totally great seller and very positive experience. Thank you.

The delivery was efficient after I paid. Installation was straightforward. The only tip is to provide clearer instructions for those of us who dont download often

I bought Adobe Acrobat DC and MS Office Professional 2021. The information for Acrobat came almost immediately imbedded in the receipt. I was able to install.
The link for Office came much later, I had to contact them to get it. Not sure if it was an oversight since I also ordered other software. First I only got a link for the download and no product key. Turns out the link was for the Russian version. I also got a product key a little while later. I went ahead and installed (using google translate!) thinking I would change the language after installation. Unfortunately, the key was not usable. I contacted Coyote Keys and after a few minutes they sent me a link the English version. I had to uninstall 2 program apps from the Russian version before I could install the correct version. I did not receive a working key until about 2 hours after that. Once I got the key everything ran as expected.

I admit I was skeptical but purchased anyway. When I had issues I thought it was over. I reached out to the company and extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Polite, quick responses, never left me guessing that they would help till resolved. Fixed the simple issue, and I have my program! Thank you for my purchase.

Updating my review for Adobe Acrobat. Shortly after my review, Coyote Keys Customer service contacted me and sent a second veriosn of the software with a new key.

Could not deliver the software so had to cancel the order.

I purchased the Adobe Pro software from Coyote Keys which I thought the price was excellent and although I have not used it to try and edit PDF documents yet, it appears to work just fine. My only complaint was the downloading and installation process provided by Coyote may have been outdated as it was considerably different that what I was seeing on my screen. Also, when I clicked on the link in the email from Coyote to ask install questions, it came back as an invalid email address. It turns out that link opens an email addressed to coyotekets.com instead of coyotekeys.com. Once I corrected the address I was able to contact the seller who responded right away and provided the information I needed.

I was skeptical about getting software from Coyote Keys but I am glad I did. I received the download link and key right away. I had a misunderstanding, as I thought my key, that was in the instruction, was just there for reference and I waited to receive an email with the key. Once everything was cleared up, my software download went well. Thank you!

I had initial trouble using the software with the information provided. I wrote to the company asking for assistance and honestly I was not expecting a reply but I did get a reply from the company with action steps. I used the advice provided and I was able to install the software and I am using it now without an issue. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received.
