I also ordered a baby swing for my granddaughter in February 2024 and despite numerous emails.........nothing.

Ordered over 3 months ago never received anything total scam but did do some digging and found them under a new name called essensia so I've been emailing them still telling me id get my order so I just keep emailing saying do u get a kick out of scaming people i will keep annoying them intill they prob shut theres down aswell

This is a SCAM, Please dont buy from them, they have taken our money and we recieved a email confirming the order, but have recieved nothing, currently in contact with our bank to get the money back.

Bought a 3 in 1 baby swing from cozella over 5 weeks ago had one email thanking me for my order and will email when shipped still haven’t received anything from them sent several emails no reply please do not buy from this company you will be disappointed scammer

Paid on 14th Feb for a baby swing highchair for my granddaughter, recieved an email from them confirming payment and gave a order number, now the 9th march and still waiting, sent emails to them since and no reply. Filled a form out now with my bank as its a scam, if you paid on card your bank will refund you in full and block these scamers from the worldwide banking system, its free so anyone who gets scammed like me give your bank a call.

I am waiting for an order until now Has not arrived and no email response. We haven’t get any tracking number yet ..so disappointed your shop.. almost a month now ..please give our money back if you can’t deliver our order..
