Ordered in 2023, this has been the most beautiful couch I have ever owned. But, the comfort has deteriorated after 10 months, the cushions have flattened and its just not working for us as it is now causing back pain. This is definitely not a lounging couch.

Hi Nadia,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're so sorry to hear that your Cozey Original has become uncomfortable after just 10 months, that’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. You’re absolutely right to speak up, and we’re grateful that you did.
While the Original Cozey is designed with firmer seat and back cushions that should maintain their shape over time, some gradual compression is normal. That said, what you're describing sounds like it’s impacting your comfort and even causing back pain, which we take very seriously.
A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to learn more about your experience and explore options to make this right. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to help.
