Arrived within a week and was relatively easy to assemble. My cats love it!

For the most part, everything was easy to assemble and we had all the right parts. There were a couple holes that appeared to have been forgotten in the manufacturing process or were in the wrong place, so I did need to get out my drill bits at a couple points and do it myself. NBD.

Also, my cats are only 9 months and not big enough to make the jump to the higher levels. I rearranged the shelves a bit to suit them.

Shipping was incredibly fast. They also included two free gifts which was very sweet and unexpected.

Parts seem flimsy and hardware was not adequate. Had to purchase additional hardware to attach to wall.

No directions came for assembly. Reached out to company but never got correct instructions. Pieces and holes don’t match up. Will be requesting refund and shipping back.

We ordered the large cat house, and it arrived quickly. Packaging was top notch. I’m currently painting the catio to match the house trim, and individual pieces appear sturdy enough to accommodate our three cats. I can’t comment on assembly yet, but expect no problems. Our handy neighbor will be building a floor for the house, and our intention is to bring it inside during the winter months. I kept coming back to Cozywow models during my research of several retailers, so I finally went directly to the source—cozywow.com, and have not been disappointed. My felines and I can’t wait for it to be erected outdoors.

My catio arrived more quickly than I expected. I would've given 5 stars but the instructions are merely pictures and lack explanation. Be careful to study pics closely. In particular which screws to use in each case. Plus, I would advise 3 people (or 2 + Jorgenson clamps)! They must know that the instructions are lacking because they gave me a unsolicited call several days after delivery to ask how the assembly was going. I give them credit for that, but not that 5th star!

Product is sturdy and well put together.i like the texture of the floor.Makes it easy for Lily to keep traction.

Enclosure was packed well so nothing damaged when shipped. Took two of us to assemble and patience but directions were accurate. I like the wider version better than taller so I can put a litter box and food in there while leaving ample space for my cat.

After purchasing and receiving the large cat enclosure I discovered I was missing several vital pieces for assembly including the assembly directions. I reached out to the company and they refused to replace the missing pieces. So I’m left with the option to repack this massive amount of wood building pieces and return it AT MY EXPENSE, or leave a disassembled pile of pieces that are useless, that cost me $500… I’m absolutely appalled with coziwow and will never purchase from them again. No quality control and definitely very poor customer service.

A call on Sunday to make sure the package arrived.

Absolutely no semblance of organization or customer service. Ordered a huge walk in cation recieved no instructions. Tried looking it up only non of the prudct alphabet soup numbers match up. Tried to contact customer service only to be bullied about getting my email repetitively with no response. Now have a very expensive $500 plus pile of junk with no instructions. Will never trust this company would never recommend edit to reply to their reply. You did eventually get back to me. Youthought in your infinite wisdom and knowledge of customer service that help would be sending methe pdf of the instructions you forgot in spanish only. So much for the valued customer treatment.

It came in a timely matter. I wish I can call in the order to be able to explain, which part I mainly need
