The cage is an excellent product. It arrived on time and safe and sound, in perfect condition and complete. I am taking 1 star away because the directions caused me to build it TWICE from scratch. The instructions suggest that IF the pieces don't hold together, I could add in the provided safety hardware. IF. Well it seemed like everything was working as it should so I did not use them. 2 days later after 2 cats had moved in, much of the cage and shelves and roof had failed and collapsed several times. After repairing got old, I took the ENTIRE cage apart and started over, using the M staples everywhere to strengthen the structure. Added them to the floor, roof, and pretty much anywhere 2 or more pieces came together. It's been great ever since. Needless to say, make sure to use the reinforcements everywhere. Instructions should reinforce this. Otherwise an excellent purchase and product. And it's sturdy! Cats love it and were sad when it got taken apart and relieved when it was rebuilt. UPDATE: Almost 3 weeks later, cage is still good but requires daily check. I adopted 2 very smart adult cats, 2 & 3 yo who have figured out how to use their increasing body weight to attempt escape, and can now see that 2 growing, 10+ lb boys could be hard on the cage. Like I said it's still great but maybe better for younger, less heavy kitties.

This cat tree was a great purchase for my 2 kids! It was easy to put together, and all pieces with instructions included.
Now to figure out where they want me to put it!

Extremely pleased with the quality of this ramp! It’s very well made, sturdy, and easy to use! I love that there are four height settings; the tallest one perfectly reaches the top of the mattress so my senior cat can get on the bed more easily. It will take a minute for kitty to adjust, but I’m confident he’ll like it, especially because the slats and carpet should give him something to sink his claws into and feel safe. Customer service was great as well! The ramp arrived in just a few days and was packaged well. It folds down to a small, easy size for any future storage. Finally, it was so refreshing to smell real wood when I unpacked the ramp; so glad I found this and didn’t settle for some of the sad plastic stairs that are out there.

I discovered after assembling half the tower that some of the holes didn't match up properly. The directions were not clear enough to make sure the different parts had to be set up in specific positions.
I also am missing one screw, #D. I will call the help line for a replacement.
It took three people to do the whole project so far, will finish when I get the missing screw.

Wood became worn out in less than 2 months. Now the pieces won’t stay on the tree.

A representative from Coziwow contacted me by phone, which I really appreciated having a person to talk to. Once I explained the issue with the "fabric" not the cat tree structure itself, I was asked to send photos. I sent photos and quickly received a response which included a very satisfactory solution to the problem. In addition, Coziwow is going to look into optional fabric for the cat tree going forward.

I have many cat rescue cat friends who really like the configuration of this particular cat tree and would love to know if another fabric option becomes available. P.S. My 3 young cats love it for playing hide & seek and for sleeping!

Thank you Coziwow for being so responsive when so many vendors have forgotten the meaning of "customer service!"

For my next purchase I am seriously considering the "wheel" and the wall-mounted perches for Christmas!

Finally - a kennel large enough and sturdy enough for my 80lb ( and still growing) German shepherd. It arrived on time and was easy and quick to assemble. And I don’t have to worry about him getting out.

The order arrived quickly. The cat wheel is very sturdy and seems well made. I added some catnip and my 4 cats seemed interested but so far they have not figured out how to walk/run on it. Two of them have used it for scratching, they will crouch down on their belly and reach up to scratch, but once it start to move forward they will turn around and reposition to the opposite direction. Hopefully they will get the hang of it one day (we've only had it a few days).

My order was delivered quickly, everything was packaged well and the Catio was easy to put together. I have six indoor cats and they are so happy to be able to go outside in a safe enclosure. I could not have built the Catio for what this kit cost so I’m very happy with my purchase!

The big catio we bought was well priced, came promptly and was easy enough to put together that my daughter and I did most of the assemly (calling in Dad for attaching the roof). BUT, the catio has a design flaw - the lounging shelves are set directly above each other making it fairly hard for them to get to the upper shelves. I had to go "off script" for the cats to have best access to the three higher locations. The cats are enjoying it

The product was difficult to assemble. I have a larger wheel purchased elsewhere that I had no problem putting together. I bought this one for a catio outside. It doesn't snap together you have to force it.

The order was delivered in reasonable time, the product looks and functions just as I expected so far.

At the end of the day, this enclosure is just what I needed, and Im excited to be able to bring my cats out on the balcony. They're already getting used to the enclosure. My complaints are that I had to rebuild it because the instructions didn't clarify that the wiring would be flush with the exterior, otherwise the inserts won't fit. Also, the inserts have the same grate structure as the rest of the enclosure, which doesn't make it comfortable for my cats to walk on. I just stuck some cardboard underneath the cushions to make the inserts solid and easier to walk on. I can tell the cats appreciate the adjustment.

This cat wheel is VERY well made and actually looks like a piece of furniture. So far, only one of my cats uses it properly. The others just go to sleep in it! But, it is very well made and arrived exactly in the time frame promised. Packed very well, too. We love this thing!
