I am very disappointed in the items that I received, I will be reporting them to the BBB. I received the items that I wanted, however they were not the color I ordered or the color depicted in the picture. I have reached out to this company several times and the only response I get is that they can’t help me at this time, not, I will look into it or see what we can do to get you the right color. I’m very disappointed because it was not the first time I ordered from this company. Very unsatisfied customer

I Purchased a BEAUTIFUL SELF Tee and I LOVE IT! The Quality, Fit, and Style are Perfect! This is not the first time I have purchased items from The Cozy T-Shirt Store and it will not be my last!

I love it. I really love graphic shirts plus there are also a lot of designs made for the frontliners and that's also a one good way to show how we are so proud and thankful for their hard work in this period of time.

The shirts are great and comfortable. I would love to order more.

I would never post a negative response towards any business, because we're ALL doing our best to make it.
I am pleased with the quality of work this company provides, just disappointed that the quantity of my order still has not been processed. 5/7/20. Mistakes happen...I get it.However, I did reach out to a representative and explained I had two different orders and had received the shirt for my sister who is an EMT and the other I hadn't received, is a gift for a friend who is studying to be a nurse. She has since graduated and has passed her RN licensing. (Pink Essential Nurse Life)
The rep apologized, said they'd send it, am still waiting.
I just need someone to help complete my order. I made a promise that I'd get it for her and it's going on three months. I've been patient but now I'm getting "Tee"-d off!

I love my shirt! It did take a while to receive my shirt but the pandemic put everything behind. Worth the wait 100%! When I did rech out to this company the replied right away!

Took a while to receive the shirt due to the pandemic but when I emailed them, they were very responsive and shipped it within days.

Great very soft T-shirts! Washes up nicely you don’t even have to iron the shirt! Please support this business as a nurse I will spread the word of how great the shirts are! I wear mine all the time

SCAM! Ordered a T-shirt for Father's Day 3 weeks ago...no response from inquiry on timing. Really bummed I was empty-handed, no gift for Dad :(

34 days and counting!! My order still says printing. I requested a refund and they responded to say I would receive a 50% refund. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOUR ORDER WILL WILL JUST SIT IN PRINTING MODE!!

Ordered a t shirt early March, record the usual email, ordered, printing shipped, tracking via DHL, supposedly arrived destination country 31st May, No sign, can't contact by email, as it's a no reply email. Total scam

This company is a scam. I ordered my shirts in March and still haven’t received them. First I was told my address was wrong, then I was told my email was wrong and they’ve been “printing” for a month. Terrible company.

I ordered a shirt, bag and phone case. It did take longer then they stated BUT I will not hold that against them as they can not control everything going on with COVID 19
I’m sure there were new procedures put into place that slowed productivity on top of shipping procedures recently updated. So anyone complaining about the length of time it took PLEASE give them a break. They have to deal with all that at the same time coming out with all of the new designs for essential workers on top of regular orders. Everyone being home and shopping online is great but I’m willing to bet they had no idea they would be hit like this and dealing with COVID crap. ANYWAY I have ordered and will order again and again. Excellent products amazing prices and overall great experience!

I have been waiting on 1 tshirt for almost 2 months now! I have inquired twice and get an email saying my shirt is being printed and here is a 20% refund. But the refund never shows up in my account and the t shirt never shows up at my door! Terrible Terrible business practices clearly!

I made a purchase on April 26, today is May 25... far more than the 5-15 days they promise for shipping. Guess what, when I track my order, it still says its printing!!! This is ridiculous. I will never order from this site again nor would I recommend this company to anyone. Horrible service

order 2 cups was not happy with the light blue cup the GREEN lettering does not show up very well. I should of just ordered 2 white one. The shirt is fine
