TOTAL SCAM!!!! Ordered a dog bed in early december...they actually sent an email saying it had been delivered. It hadn't of course! Several emails sent and now undeliverable. I feel like I should have known better.

SAME! Ordered a bed for my big furbabies so was not cheap early December. One email saying it was shipped and never came. Do not order this place is a scam.

Like everyone else, ordered a dog bed in December and not received anything. Sent emails and no response. Was able to log in to account until end of January and now website has disappeared.

Ordered bed for my dog in December and now February no bed! Wish business could be held accountable for all these scams. Do not order please.

This website is a scam! Just like all the other reviewers I ordered a dog bed on December 8, 2022 and received several emails saying that my order is being processed. I emailed them numerous times asking where was my order, but they never responded. Now it’s February and I still don’t have a bed for my new dog. Don’t order anything from this place. You’ll never get your purchase and be out your money.

Same as everyone else. Ordered tool my money sent several emails it was on the way when I contacted them never got a reply and last time I emailed I got a reply it was undeliverable!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I am out 50 and my furbabies still have no bed!!!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They took my order, my money, sent a fake confirmation receipt when I ordered my dogs bed in November. Still not received the item!!! I have sent several messages, emails and tried online contact.... NOTHING! Disgusting and vile people robbing innocent people. GET A REAL JOB!!!!!

Also scammed. Used bank cc. Called bank who is looking into it. Took nearly $70.

Ughhh, scammed. Yes like the others I too received an email saying my items were being processed. When I try to contact them, I get no response. When I look up the item, it says item not found. I wish I read all these reviews before I bought 2 human dog bed bundles. Plus they send you an email to review them...ridiculous. Karma will get them sooner or later.

I would give no stars if it was an option. I ordered my puppy a paw cozy cove bed in the end of November 2022.. got email it was shipped but didn’t give tracking number. Have sent them 5 emails and still haven’t gotten a reply. Total scam.. do not buy. They will take your money and you will not receive product ordered. Hoping this helps someone else before wasting money.

I order december 21 never got it. i cant get in touch with them. The website is gone. what a scam!!!!

I ordered a cat bed 3 months ago. They gave me the wrong tracking number that shows it was delivered. FedEx confirmed it wasn't sent to my address. It was someone else's address. This seems to be a pattern with Cozy Cove. I've emailed them several times. They responded twice then stopped all communication. They stole my money and never sent the product I ordered. I reported them to BBB with no response to me or BBB. Do not order from this company. They are scamming people and stealing our money.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered and paid for my dog bed on 5th January 2023. Of course like the rest of their customer's, I have not received my order.
Despite several attempts at contacting them they fail to respond and now the website seems to be shut down. Total scam and waste of time 😒

Ordered a cat running wheel on Nov 14th 2022, I have not received the item. I contacted the customer service and they said it was busy due to Christmas Holidays and that it was on it’s way. Still nothing, emailed them 1 more time and the gave a FedEx tracking number in wich it was send. But it was a wrong code. Again I Emailed them but this time no response. And now I can’t email anymore and the site seems shut down. It’s a scam! Do not order from here. I contacted Fed Ex and they confirm that the tracking code was not mine.

I was scammed also!! Ordered dog bed on Dec. 30, 2022, received email that it's in transit...Nothing!! I am so disappointed!!

This company is a total scam! Just like everyone else I ordered a dog bed December 12th 2022. Of course I never received it. I did file a claim with UPS and they couldn't find out anything even with the fake tracking number they gave out. Cozy Cove keeps changing the address of the website so it can get more money from people.
I filed a complaint with the BBB.
