Smelliest Candles
I have been using Cozy Glow candles for a few years and have tried a few of their different scents. Theyâre the smelliest candles Iâve had the pleasure of using, in a good way like all scented candles should be.
Iâve also been to their shop in Coulsdon and spent too much money on their wide selection of gifts and other delightful things.

Long lasting scent and overall great service
I ordered from their website for the first time last month, i had been eyeing up some of their products. I thought it seemed like the best time to support a small business.
The service was superb, even though i ordered in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic the items arrived very quickly.
They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.
I am absolutely in love with the cupcake candle and the vanilla room spray, i canât get enough of them. The candles I ordered burnt evenly and have lasted ages, same with the room spray you can smell it for hours after!
I will be placing another order in the very near future ðð

Super impressed!
Amazing company! Me and my partner went to one of the stall in Croydon market when we first met cozy glow, the owner was lovely and had such amazing customer service that we really could see his passion for what he did. We ended up getting a few of the small candles and even some wax melts.
The smell was incredible! Iâm so impressed by how long the smell lasted but also how accurate the smells were!
I have a basket full ready to order online and I cannot wait to get more from this amazing company!

Small independent local company!
Small independent local company. Eco-friendly & vegan. Ticks all the boxes!
Just a tip; if you buy candles in warm weather they occasionally melt and re-set in the position they were in transit in. This is normal! Just pop them on a sunny windowsill for an hour and they will re-set the right way up! ð

Poor customer service as delay inâŠ
I had given three stars despite the poor customer service as I like the products but the response from the company has been poor. They said they couldnât respond to emails or offer refund as with Royal Mail but they delivered it themselves after Iâd asked for a refund. Disappointing.
